Torn labrum in shoulder - surgery on horizon - can you relate to said injury?

If you can relate to the same injury I'm wondering:

1) How far out post-op are you now....days, weeks, months, or years?

2) How many weeks did you go without the use of your injured arm for daily activities, i.e. simple activities like typing, brushing your teeth and opening a car door?

3) Can you lift just as hard and heavy and do things like hit the heavy bag like you used to before the surgery or are you limited?
