3 Day Slpit
I do a 3 day split.
day 1- chest- back
day 2-legs
day 3- bi's and tri's
I do about 8-10 diferent things for each day, 12-10-8 at max wt.. i have been on it for 3 weeks now, and i am showing some gains. i think ill stick to this since it is bringing me results. the key thing is to eat alot of food and get the necissary vitamins etc..and i get the cardio as a warmup/cool down 2 miles to the gym 2 miles home.
