well its 8pm and ive had 6 servings of tuna, 4 liters of water...wow this diet really sucks...i came very very very very very very close to giving in tonight when i saw my 3 bottles of samel adams in the fridge...but i resisted...oh yeah and my boss is going on her trip a day earlier (leaving wednesday instead of thursday) which means i dont really have a need to go to work wed. anymore...thinking of leaving for the beach tuesday evening...so if i do, my last update will be tommarrow around 4pm......i tipped the scale just now at 167lbs... i have lost 4lbs so far..im betting tommarrow morning i will weigh in at around 165ish or so...we will see
have a good night everyone!

Yeah, but they say it's made from larger fish and therefore has a higher mercury content. Not only that, but albacore is at least twice as stinky as regular starkist chunk lite.

Albacore tuna/solid white tuna in water = albacore tuna only
"Chunk Light" = yellowfin and/or bigeye tuna and/or skipjack tuna. Skipjack tuna have dark red flesh, sometimes you see a lot of that in "chunk light" style. Very, very strong flavor.
I hate chunk light and stick with albacore if I'm eating out of a can. If fresh, go with yellowfin (ahi). Yum...

incase anyone is interested my ending weight was 164. i started out at 171. so 7lbs in 3 days ..pretty much all water weight..i looked more cut afterwards. gained back about 4lbs while at the beach..
my thoughts about this diet: good thing to do right before going to the beach or somthing like that. bad for any other reasons. you will most likely gain almost all of the w/in the next few days.

Damn this kind of diet would just cause me to binge like crazy on the 4th day, defeating any kind of fat-loss I might have achieved during the 3 fishy days.

Sounds interesting- could someone do this with just chicken breast, instead of tuna? I'm not a big fan of tuna. Just curious... Now it's time to write your book- Lose 7 lbs in 3 days! lol!!

Chicken breast is fine, but take some fish oil pills too. The basic premise is eating only protein and minimal fish fats for a few days.
