I am pissed at myself right now. I have set great goals in the past to get myself on a
regular exercise regime and have failed to stay on track. I want to establish a routine for a couple of different reasons. One important reason is that I think it allows me to deal with stress more effectively and operate more efficiently. The other reason is that I am getting married in just four months and naturally want to look my best.
Unfortunately I have let work and 'winter life' detract me from maintaining a schedule and now I am a couple
pounds heavier and feel out of shape and miserable. Maybe I needed to get to this point before I get my act together in a healthy and productive way. I feel a little overwhelmed on how to go from sporadic workouts and terrible eating patterns to a very structured routined while making healthy progress before the wedding day. So I have sought out this forum to assist me with my goals and for me to also be able to provide encouragement to others.
