I've only got a few workouts to go by so I can't see the overall way things have been going, but your numbers have been looking solid still.

I like your goals. You and I are similar.

Good luck. Don't be a bitch, put up some mean weight. And don't get pregnant.

Decided to ditch sumo deadlifts... maybe for good. My hips this time around arn't feeling too good about sumo deadlifts. I have never had a good squat either, so maybe it's time for me to switch it up. Will see how next few weeks go. Still need to go to the chiropractor and get an adjustment... my upper and lower back are messed up...

Conventional Deadlift: 315 x 3, 405 x 3, 455 x 4 (left one in tank), 405 x 3 (for form), 405 x 1, 405 x 1, 405 x 1, 405 x 1 working on form. Felt pretty good. Think Next week I'll try to double 500 conventional. Will see how it goes. Lifting is all mental anyways...

Power Shrugs: 315 x 14, 315 x 14

Shrugs: 315 x 14

Can't go heavier on shrugs... trap feels like it's gonna rip off of my back. Really need to get adjusted!

Glute Ham Raises: 3 sets x 8 reps (damn I got weak hams)

Snatch w/24 kg kb: Probably 150+ reps total working on form. Had two actual working sets. 1st set timed one minute: 22 right hand, 19 left hand. Second set untimed (about 1.5 minutes): 15 right hand, 15 left hand.

Form on these is quickly improving. Next week I'll go for a few sets at 25 each hand.

Seated DB Cleans: 35's x 10, 35' x 12

KB swing: 70 x 14, 70 x 14, 70 x 20 (OMG im done at this point)

Dec Squats: x 6, x 6, x 6

Assisted Russian Hamstring Curls: x 8

Total Workout Time: 3 hrs. Need food. Peace.

Bodyweight: Floating around 225
Ok, maybe we're not similar. Think you're bad huh? Alright, I see you then. I'll catch you, young'n. Bet on it. 400 Bench, 500 squat, and 600 dead. Once I get done cutting, its yo ass.

Yea I'm going to post my workouts here for a while until the old place goes back up.

I know I'm getting stronger, but this is just my personality (every aspect of life). I appreciate the compliments tho... I get none from my training partners haha. No joke, I only get ****. But it does motivate me. My numbers will be solid when I get some world records. 2 state records down... time to shoot for the stars.

The jizz is chalk full of protein... good quality protein . Eventually I want to cut like you are saying, but not at the comprimise of muscle or strength. I did pull back on the junk food recently and am leaning out but I'm not getting below 15% with how much food im eating (easily 4000+ calories daily).

It's on. By august I plan on deadlifting 600+ and benching 405.

Yea I'm taking next week light actually. Haha been legal for a while.

Major... well. Let's see. I have been reading into stocks since I turned 17. Have played around with some money when I turned 18. Now, I trade part time waiting for summer when I'm going to spend all my time trading. Got an internship at a hedge fund where I do technical analysis. Currently tutor high school kids for mathematics (up to precalculus and very little trig... mostly for the state mandatory exam), saving up more money for summer.

I don't really care what my degree says, I'm going to be a trader regardless. There are many paths that I can take. I had 40 ish credits from AP classes that transfered into college. Took 18 credits my first semester... so I am 1 credit away from being a junior. I should be applying to business school very soon... but will see, I don't want to rush it - I already feel overwhelmed.

I am currently working on a Russian minor... (very easy considering I was born in Uzbekistan and am fluent LOL).

Probably going to major in accounting or finance and entrepreneurship. We will see tho... long road ahead and many choices.

That was a long response... lol, how are you?

Olympic Squats, ass to grass bayby: 135 x 5, 225 x 3, 275 x 1, 315 x 1, 335 x 1 (last 2 sets were HOOOOOGE prs haha). I am such an inconsistent squatter... this is wayyyyy too close to my wide stance squat right now. My hamstrings suck.

Then did some drop sets: 225 x 8, 225 x 6

Romanian Deadlifts off of 3 inch platform: 225 x 8, 315 x 8

Standing Pulldown Ab work: something x 25, 10 stack x 25

Hamstring Curls: 10 stack x 8

Short and sweet.

Friday planning on pause benching around 315 raw. Will see how it goes. Then, sunday planning on conventional deadlifting 500 x 2.

Time to break some barriers.

Dude, you were born 2 years and 10 days after me. And you're stronger. Bastard. Now I'm more motivated to outlift you.

Good job on the Oly Squats and Rom Deads

but Hamstring curls?? Machines?? This had better not be a main part of your training.

Haha bring that ish. I don't let up though. Taking next week easy and then I'm back hard.

I have realllllly week hamstrings. If you keep an eye on my journal you are going to be seeing tons of glute and hamstring exercises in the next few weeks. Posterior chain work = keep to unlocking a good squat for me.

Efficient market hypothesis eh Haha. Let's see... if I believed in it, I would be looking for a new career wouldn't I? The truth is that the stock market like any other market is influenced by supply and demand, herd behavior, fear, greed, hope, etc., etc. If markets were efficient prices wouldn't fluctuate so much.

Certainly a stock one day and the next day without any new news is worth "fundamentally" the same value. Yet, stocks can fluctuate huge percentages everyday for no reason at all.

Check out MAMA, REFR, SLP, etc. Certainly, value is not just "built in". Technical analysis is very valid... I know many people that make lots of money off of it. While some may call it "luck", being a trader simply means knowing setups that have historically had a high possibility of triggering and good understanding of supply and demand as it relates to the psychology of investors.

Well... it's a lot more than that, but you get the picture.

I met a guy from the Secuirities Club at my school... had some lunch... started talking and over time it evolved into me giving him advice on charts.

And no... i dont know fi's new address lol.

Paused Bench: 135 x billion, 225 x 3, 275 x 1, 285 x 3

3 Board Bench with minis and green minis: 135 x 3
3 board bench with purples: 135 x 3
3 board bench with purples and green mini: 135 x .5, 135 x STAPLED like an ant. Probably 400+ lbs at the top. Rediculous tension.

Push Press: 135 x 5, 185 x 6, 205 x 3, 175 x 8

Need to work on form.

Bench Rows: 185 x 10, 185 x 12

Pullups: x 8

Tate Presses: 30's x 10, 30's x 8

Tricep Pushdowns: 13 stack x 20

Front Raises with holds at top: 20's x 12 each hand

Side Raises with holds at top and 10 second hold last rep: 15's x 12

Bent over db side raises (rear raises? dont know name): 10's x 12

Hammer Curls: 50's x 7 each hand

Bench form needs a lot of work... benching like I have a shirt on = bad.
