AM: Rest...
Was supposed to do the beep test but as stated in my previous post my right calf muscle is still sore so I'm having a rest. Will be back later after my
Upper Body Workout.
PM: Weight Program 1
Now that I have all the weights worked out and knew what to do I had a great workout. Really intense, I can add a little weight to the last set of DB Bench press. Struggled with the pushups after
Incline Bench only managed 4sets of 3. Everything else was good.
I'm still waiting on some photos to get developed but when I do I'll post them along with my stats.
