Wednesday, August 13th. Day 9 of 87

AM: Rest...
Was supposed to do the beep test but as stated in my previous post my right calf muscle is still sore so I'm having a rest. Will be back later after my Upper Body Workout.

PM: Weight Program 1
Now that I have all the weights worked out and knew what to do I had a great workout. Really intense, I can add a little weight to the last set of DB Bench press. Struggled with the pushups after Incline Bench only managed 4sets of 3. Everything else was good.

I'm still waiting on some photos to get developed but when I do I'll post them along with my stats.

Thursday, August 14th. Day 10 of 87.

AM: Not much to say about this was a 90min walk, not sure how far I got but will measure it soon.

PM: Skipped for 10mins before, then took off for the 2.4km run. My calve/shin was still abit sore but I have 2days off cardio so I'll see how it is on sunday. 2.4km in 9.37mins.

Friday, August 15th. Day 11 off 87.

AM: Abs/Lower back 2.
Not feeling the best at the moment so Dont have much to say about these, managed more reps then last time.

PM: Weight Program 2.
Workout felt good, my legs are sore now. Stuffed up the workout though forgot to do leg extensions . Owell.

Had a few days off due to some family issues, but will be back and going full steam ahead.
