Well...this weekend certainly was a fat one for me! I am beginning to think that the prospect of
losing weight will actually be harder with my boyfriend the
body builder around! He's on a weight-gaining plan, so it's harder to stick with my goals when I am around him! During the week, though, I usually do fine...it's the weekends that kill me. Yesterday, I did over an hour of cardio (3.5 miles running in 30 minutes, and 35 minutes of hard intervals on the elliptical), plus 45 minutes of squats, lunges, and deadlifts.
squats: 4 sets of 15 reps at 90lbs.
hack squats: 2 sets of 12 reps at 90 lbs.
deadlifts: 1st set of 20 reps at 65 lbs., 2nd set of 15 reps at 75 lbs., 3rd set of 15 reps at 75 lbs.
lunges: 2 sets on each side/ 12 reps at 50 lbs.
I am sore today...my legs are out of shape!
