Crazy day!
Start of cut 222lbs, Friday I was at 218, Monday morning 213.
That's a 9lb loss in 9 days.
I went up on my calorie intake just to be safe, but I am still hoping this is still the inital quick loss from fluid and such.
Weights tommorow, and increase calories even more (like Cursor said!)

You're right ... you don't want to lose too fast! : Keep in mind that you don't have to add very many additional calories back in to properly support that workout. Moderation, moderation .... more moderation.

Weights today, upper back and shoulders.
Workout went well, stayed heavy on the weights, and did not seem to lose any strength since the cut started.

Chest today.
Workout went pretty well.
Came up a little short on my bench.
135x8
225x8
275x4
295x1 usually get 2-3 here, maybe losing a little strength, or coulda just been a bad day. Just have to wait and see next week.
After bench worked on the tri's, everything went well.

Weighed in at 212 today.

Had a free day with the diet on Friday, and jumped back on it Saturday. Sunday I had planned to stay very low carb, but didn't do so well. Still the diet wasn't too bad. Managed to sneak in an hour on the treadmill this morning.

Yesterday was cardio. 1hr on treadmill, mostly stayed between 3mph and 3.5mph at incline 4-15. Diet was a higher amount of carbs in morning hours, and more protein and veggies in the evening hours with low carbs.

Today biceps and upper back.
High carb amount with protein this morning.
Moderate carbs the rest of the day with a steady supply of protein.
Weighed in at 211 today...11lbs down 21 to go.

Chest today,
Did a light warm up, Bench was going well and when I got up to 270, everything was going smooth, so I went for 315 which would have been a PR for me, even though my left arm said I can do it, My right gave out about half way up. So so close!
Rest of workout went well, had to rush it a little.

Had protein shake for breakfast with whole grain toast
Shake after workout with fruit and a few fat free fig newtons for some simple sugar.
Later had a big salad with grilled chicken and some crackers.
Will have a sandwich with turkey later, and Lean hamburger with low carb bread and veggies tonight.
