Currently doing 45min of light to medium cardio in the mornings Mon-Thur, and weight training in the evenings Mon-Fri. I have upped my carb intake a little since I am doing weights everyday. Still keeping my protein intake high and my fat intake pretty low. Only getting fat from nuts, and fish oils. Little bit of olive oil here and there.
Weight is down to 204. I am starting to think that I may have to cut down to 185 or so to be where I want to be. I will have to see what difference the next ten pounds makes.

Monday was weights and cardio.
Tuesday cardio only, because of meeting.
Wednesday meeting all day, no workout at all.
Cardio this morning. 15min 5.0mph to 6.5mph, then 15min walk 3.5mph at 10-15% grade.
Will do weights this evening. Weighed in at 203 today.

Fell off of the wagon this past weekend. Had two days of cheats. Ate anything I wanted. Weighed 210 monday! Weighed 204 yesterday, and 202 today! I am back on track, Missed weights yesterday, because of Doc's appointment. Will have results of test in about a week.

Sounds like me - I only managed weights and blew off cardio. Well, we do what we can, as often as we can. Keep at it.

Had oatmeal and eggs for breakfast today,
Protein mixed with water and banana after cardio.
Plan on having salad with crackers for lunch, or maybe subway sandwich.
Protein and fruit this evening.
And veggies and meat tonight

Got a weight session in yesterday, and low intensity cardio this morning.
It's Friday, but I will go easy on the cheats today, went overboard last weekend.
Cheats today will be a large salad with Ranch dressing and a bunch of crackers,
and a big bowl of oatmeal with peanut butter and splenda tonight.
Weighed 199 this morning before breakfast. Tested body fat yesterday, and after a few calculations, I am pretty sure I have about 6lbs more muscle than I had at this point during my last cut. I will have to cut down further than I expected. Down to about 185 maybe 180.

I did pretty good on the diet this weekend. Had a few cheats Friday night. Saturday and Sunday I stayed on track. That is one of the really bad things about letting yourself have a cheat day or meal, some people (like me) may not have enough will power to stop the cheating at one day, or one meal.
Cardio: 45min treadmill @ average 3.4mph @ 8-15% incline. + 150 jumping jacks
Today will be chest and abs at the gym.

3mph warmup on treadmill for 20min, then 1.76 miles in 16min. run.
Weights this evening, biceps and back.
Got blood test back yesterday.
Estrogen is too high, but test levels are good at 592. Will start some nolva to reduce the Estrogen.

Cardio 1hr at 3.3mph 8-15% incline today.
Will do weights today. Legs
Weighed 197 today, going on a business trip this weekend, and it will be hard to stay on the diet, but I will do my best.

Been to Kentucky, on a business trip. Didn't eat too well, the diet was way off. During the trip back, I got sick with a bad cold. Kept me from work for two days and out of the gym for four. Taking into account the trip, I haven't been to the gym for 10 days.
Today was my first day of cardio since being sick.
All went well, and I weighed in at 196.

But I am back!
Glad to hear you are enjoying the MP3 Cursor, I cant do cardio without mine.
Have you used the flash drive to back up any computer info yet?
I always keep a backup of my Quickbooks on mine.
I am down to 194. 28lbs down around 10-12lbs to go.

Nope. I aways have it packed with music! My wife uses her flash drive to move data to/from work though.
