Got in cardio and weights yesterday.
Stayed pretty low in carbs, only had veggies and meat.
Except for after the weights, I did have some oatmeal with my shake.
Going to the doctor tommorow, wish me luck.
Be back soon.

Good news from Doc. No cancer, and no sugery!
Had sugery about eight years ago, and it was no fun. I am glad that I dont have to go through that again.
Had a cheat day Friday after the Doc visit. Ate lots of salty high fat foods, which has me weighing in at 196 today. Two pounds up, which should come off in the next two days.
Walked at a 15% incline at 3.3mph for 45min this morning. Only had water before. Will go to the gym for a nice leg workout this evening.

195lbs today, Legs are sore!
Copied cardio from yesterday. Should be able to get in an arm and upper back workout today. Been eating lots of fruit and veggies along with my protein. Keeping fat low, and no bread.

Two miles in 16min this morning, followed by a half mile walk.
Hit the gym this evening with a quick 30min tricep and shoulder workout.
Things went well, legs are still sore. Gotta love it!

194lbs today.
Walked on treadmill at 11-15% incline for 45min at 3-4mph.
Not sure if I will go to gym this evening.
Will probably start cutting some of the fruit out of the diet next week.

Did a very low intensity second cardio session yesterday.
Got up early to run today, but whole morning got screwed up.
Still managed to get to the treadmill before work, and put in about 40min walk.
Weighed in at 193 today.
Went a whole week without a diet soda of any type, only drank tea and water. Wanted to see if it had any effect on me. I noticed a drop in measurements around the stomach. Nothing major, and I cant really say for sure if it was from dropping out the sodas, thus reducing my salt, or if it was from the cardio and diet. But it was a change, and I may continue it.
I plan to cut down on my calories next week a little more. I will stop eating so much fruit, and increase my protein intake. I will also start doing less high intensity cardio. I want to keep as much muscle as possible, my arms are at 17" right now, and even though I know they wont stay there, I want to do whatever I can to preserve the muscle I have.

Staying low carb on the diet. Eating a few veggies, but no bread. Using soy lite milk for my protein shakes instead of skim or water. Eating low fat or fat free meats, same thing with some cheese. Green beans are my veggie of choice for now, and tomatoes. Fridays I have my carbs, including oatmeal, bread, and my cheats which is usually ice cream. Taking a multi-vitamin, vit.C, creatine and fish oil.
Purchased a new bike, thought I would start mixing that in a little instead of running all the time. Didn't work out too well, bike went about ten feet, and then the whole rear gear assembly fell off. Had to jog to get in a workout.
Did a full body workout yesterday, and cardio only today. Weight is still at 192.

Friday had some cheats! Had lots of "crackers" with my salad, and a few more teaspoons of dressing. "Double cheeseburger with fries!" "Big bowl of ice cream!" "Oatmeal with peanut butter!" "And about three glasses of milk!"
That was my cheats for the day. The hardest thing about cheats is having enough will power to jump back into the groove the next day.
Yesterday was biceps, abs and shoulders. I also managed a three mile jog with the last mile being a 7min. 30sec run., Afterwards I did 100 jumping jacks.

190lbs today, 32lbs down since Jan. 12th. Thats about 14 weeks at a little over 2lbs loss per week. So far I am a little ahead of where I thought I would be, but I still think that I will have to lose more than I had thought in the beginning. Looks like at least another ten pounds or so.
Been having a protein shake for breakfast with Light soy milk.
After morning cardio I am having another shake with some low fat meat.
Lunch has usually been a big salad with grilled chicken, a little cheese, and about two teaspoons of Ranch.
I have been having two snacks before supper in the way of low fat meats or cheese.
Supper I go for some green beans or other veggies and more meat, maybe some eggs.
