Wow, 32 lbs in 14 weeks, thats pretty impressive. Be careful though, you may think you need to lose more than you did in the beginning because you are dropping too much muscle in the process. Keep with it, though, thats great progress.

Thanks, Maverick, I will keep an eye on that.
Worked legs yesterday, and then went on a 4 mile bike ride this morning. Legs are toast!

Biceps today, and upper back. 189lbs today.
Tommorow is Friday! I need some cheats! A low fat and low carb diet is hard to follow, I started getting light headed and having some shakes, so I added some bread back into the diet after the workouts.

Wow, low fat and low carb - that is harsh. You know, if you are controlling your carbs - a little extra fat shouldn't hurt you. I did a very strictly controlled carbohydrate diet for a long time - and it was very high in fat. Whole eggs, sausage, pork ribs, beef - these were every day items (well, the ribs were just once a week). When I started eating the extra fat, I felt better than doing low fat/low carb together. I also had better diet results and lowered my LDL significantly while raising my HDL slightly. Of course we are all different, and the higher fat may not be reasonable for you - and your results are unquestionably awesome already. Just throwing in my anecdotal personal experience in hopes of perhaps helping you feel a bit better.

Thanks welch, I am always open to advice and suggestions.
Today is cheat time!
Have had four pieces of bread with Promise fat free butter, and splenda after a five mile bike ride this morning.
Two protein shakes, two big chicken burritos with lots of cheese, chips, cookies, and some crackers. Tonight I plan to overdo it with some peanut butter oatmeal and a few other unhealthy things I can whip up.

Last night I had pizza, breadsticks, ice cream, and milk! Probably had between six and seven thousand calories yesterday.

Yes, Love the Cheat Days!
Friday was full of cheats like I said, Saturday morning I was back on the diet, but that night the family had to go out for a special meal at Shoguns. So I jumped off the diet and overate there and then had ice cream. After we got home I had oatmeal and peanut butter.
Sunday I was back on the diet. Somehow I managed to lose weight?
188 today!

Weights today! Workout this morning wasn't really a good one, couldn't get into the groove. Just went through the motions, and was a little let down by a lack of strength, the weights seemed heavier than normal. Really struggled with 65lb dumbells on the press. Usually have no problem with this and sometimes even move up to 70lb db's, couldn't complete my three sets. I knew the diet would reduce my strength, so I am not too surprised, just a little down. I am also dropping weight too fast again, I will up the calories to help with the strength and slow down the weight loss. Weighed 186 this morning before the workout.

Treadmill 45min walk at incline 3.5mph.
Will probably go on a bike ride today also.
Tomorrow will be leg day!
Found a low carb, low fat bread that is 35calories per slice. So my new favorite breakfast after cardio is a protein shake and then two or three slices of this bread toasted with Promise fat free butter and splenda mixed together. Taste great!

Weighed 183 Friday morning, so I decided to take a whole weekend off. Hit the scales this morning and weighed 196. Should settle back down to 185 or so in a few days.

Yep, mostly water weight, should shed most of it in about three days time. I went on a three day trip for the business once and gained 19lbs while I was gone!

Back down to 191 today, weather wasnt too good, so I put the bike ride on hold, and hit the treadmill. Two mile run and twenty min. walk.
Protein shake for breakfast.
Ran out of bread so I had ham and cheese after cardio.
Had diet Mt. Dew after cardio, will have water and tea rest of day.
Looking at having a grilled chicken salad with boiled eggs for lunch.
Will have some carbs and protein before weights this evening, and meat and vegies tonight.
