Have been real busy at work!
Fat is still coming off slooowwly. very slowly. I am down to the last few pounds, and they always seem to be the hardest. Vacation is just 11 days away, and I am worried about how far back I may slide while gone. I have started to cycle my carbs, I will drop dairy out of the diet, and only have brown rice, veggies, and oats for my carbs.

Started the carb cycle during the first part of the week, and so far so good. I slacked off of the cardio a little and hit the gym a little more. Yesterday was a no carb day, so I did light cardio only. Weighed 183 this morning. Today will be high carbs in the form of oatmeal and rice, so I should gain a couple of pounds. I am really starting to lean up, I guess my body was ready for a change in eating habits.

High carbs yesterday.
Had 1 cup of oatmeal with splenda and a protein shake and a small piece of apple.
Then weights, biceps, shoulders, triceps.
Repeated pre-workout meal.
Lunch was a turkey breast salad, not by choice, I had pre-cooked my meal, but left it at home.
3pm had chicken breast and rice.
7pm 1 cup of oatmeal with two tablespoons of natural peanut butter.
chicken breast and then had a couple of cheats in the form of fat free chips and salsa, and then a pancake!
Also managed to squeeze in a 12min. run about 5pm. too.

Today I weigh 184 after breakfast, and waist is down to 32". Today is a low carb day, I hit the legs this morning. Later this evening, I plan to take a bike ride.

No carbs today, cardio only.
No bike ride yesterday, legs were too sore.
Walked/jogged 45min today, and will get the bike ride in this afternoon.
Got some new pants and shorts yesterday, had to get 30" waist, still a little loose!
I cant believe 38's use to be too tight!

Thank you sir, I am proud, but you know how it is, we are never satisfied. I've got abs, I just know it, and I hope to see them some day. Little bit of fat left and a lot of lose skin. If I can get rid of that, maybe I will be finished then........No, probably not!

The loose skin thing, I don't know if anything nonsurgical can be done for that. I have plenty of that of my own being a former 300 pounder.

Hey, here's an idea, fill it up with muscle. :

You are right! I'm working on it, but I am at the bottom of a cut right now, and the skin really shows sometimes.

Walked 1hr on treadmill at incline today, had a good bike ride yesterday, 8miles in 46min.
Eating lots of chicken breast, weighed 182 this morning. Vacation in three days!

I will!
I am carb depleted today. Tommorow is a high carb day, I have noticed that my weight really goes up and down alot because of the low and high carb days.
Took a 45min walk on the treadmill today, chicken breast and green beans for breakfast!

179lbs today.
Arms and shoulders today. Nothing really heavy, didn't want to be sore during our long drive tomorrow.

Well, vacation was great! I took a break from diet and exercise, except for some walking and such. Two weeks of eating whatever, whenever! I knew that it would set me back, but it was fun while it lasted. When I got back I weighed 209 the next morning! WOW!
Oh, well.
I got in a little cardio the last part of the week, and got back on the diet.
Yesterday was weights. Chest.
Today was cardio again. Weighed 192 today, that's probably all of the water weight and extra glucose. So the rest is probably fat. Looks like I gained about 10-13 pounds of fat while gone on vacation. Now, that's what I call a vacation!

"WOW" is right! 30-lbs over what period of time? I'm sure that with your determination you'll have it off in no time.
