That's some fast loss, most of your vacation gain must have been just water weight. Although on your low carb days - close to a pound of fat loss a day isn't unheard of. Still the dicipline it takes to get it off with diet and exercise without resulting to diuretics and junk like that - very cool. You obviously have what it takes to do it. You will get it off soon enough. :

Well I am back down to 187 today,
been doing alot of weights, and not much cardio. No time!
My journal will probably not be updated very much, VERY busy at work. One of my key employees has been sent overseas. Now I am so far behind, I may not ever get caught up. We are in a pretty small town, so my store has to provide many different services to survive. Alltel, Radioshack, Dish Network, Home audio/video, Car audio/video, DSL, and so on. You get the point, I am stressed!

Still on the wagon! Less cardio and more weights has stopped the numbers from falling on the scale, but I am leaning out and waist is getting smaller. Still cycling my carbs, so far so good.
To much stress making my workouts suffer, had to fire one of my installers. Usually have three, now down to one. It's hard to find good help, I usually have eight employees, now down to five.
