7:30 too long without food! cole slaw, salad with chicken breast, nuts, propel
run was good today! The day sucked, all of our computers at work are screwed up!

11:30 carrots, fish, hamburger salad, diet pepsi
3:30 water, chicken chunks
7:30 salad with chicken breast, water
Played basketball saturday, Hurt shoulder
Monday measurements
Weight 192 down 3 more
Leg 26 down 1/4"
Arm 16.50 down 1/4" (I hate to see these go)
Neck 17.50 down 1/4"
Chest 45.5 same
Waist 36.75 down 1/4"
Forearm 14.75 same
Calf 16.5 same
Plan to have some ham tonight and maybe a few vegies

3:30 sunflower seeds, water
5:45 one scoop whey with water
6:00 basketball for 1.5 hours
7:30 about to die, its hot! I over did it today...
8:00 shrimp, carrots, 4 eggs, bacon  what a combination! propel
I am taking several days off, no exercise at all, too many pains that wont go away, body needs a break. Almost got too hot today.

Skipped the run today, kinda feeling weird this morning.(really dizzy)

Found out the dizzy feeling was from cutting out most of the carbs in the diet. Also started NOX2 and AD-1 today. Dropped creatine about a week ago, I will pick it back up in about ten days. Still taking flax oil, glutamine, fish oil, and vit. C with a multi Vit.
