Sun and Mon

Had lots of bad stuff including muffins!
Some sweets at a family get together.
Basically what ever I wanted for two days.

Monday I did manage a 16 min. HIT run.

Tuesday
8:00 bacon, eggs, cheese, tea

11:30 one scoop whey with water

11:45 workout chest, legs, forearms

12:30 two scoops whey with water

1:30 shrimp, vegies, mushrooms, tea

4:30 chicken breast, water

7:30 salad with chicken breast, diet sprite

8:45 oatmeal with natural peanut butter, water

Missed measurements on Monday so Tuesday will have to do

Weight 194.5 up 3.5

Leg 25.75 up 1/4"

Arm 16.50 same

Neck 17.50 same

Chest 45.75 up 1/4"

Waist 36.25 down 1/4"

Forearm 14.75 up 1/4"

Calf 16.5 same

BF % 15.7 same

I am interested to see what the measurements are next monday. I knew that I overate Sun. and Mon., but a gain of 3.5 lbs is quite a bit. I am a little confused about the weight gain, and the waist size still going down and the BF staying the same, Maybe I just havent gotten the hang of these callipers yet. Then again, I would like to believe that it is all muscle, but I know that this is not the case. Probably from all the carbs that I consumed that I was not use to in my diet.

Hello all,
I have been gone.
Went shopping for a new car, and right after finding one, went on vacation with the family.

It's hard to workout while you are on the road, but i did manage to find hotels with treadmills, and pools for swimming. Other than that it was pushups and squats with the kids on my back.

I figured that it would be hard to stick with the cutting diet on the road too, so I changed things up on the diet while I was gone. I can tell that I gained some weight, I will be able to take some new measurements soon to find out how much.

We did have a blast, but it also feels good to be back home.

We sold our car and got a 2003 explorer. You are right Fudo, (not too cool) , but I couldn't help myself, the day after we got it, I took the factory radio out, and put in the Pioneer in dash fold out screen with DVD, I have had a Pioneer navigation system sitting in the box for over a year, so I threw that in there as well, I kept the XM radio out of the car so I had to have that as too. I still have some kid in me, so I put a Memphis amp in and a Kicker L7 8" sub in a ported box.
Electronics, "I love em!"
