OK, well about the time I got over the broken finger, I cut my hand open while driving fence post. Needless to say, weights have been on hold, but I have been running.

I have also had other problems, some of which include low energy, muscle loss, and sex drive. So I went to the Doc., blood test showed Test level to be kinda low 350, He put me on Androgel HRT. I hope this helps, he told me that this should also help me gain some lean muscle mass, but I dont expect much at all from such a low dose. I will be real happy though if it can get me back in the upper range 800 or so!

He told me that it was quite common for men who have lost a lot of weight to have problems with test levels, and also the fact that I run a lot contributes to the problem. Not to mention age

But still having problems with test levels. I have been on hormone replacement therapy for one month. Got re-tested today. Guess what... its worse, not better! I went from 350 to 222. Sucks.

Just wanted to drop back in to let everyone know that I am back on track. Test levels are back to normal, and I have been BULKING! I have gone from 176lbs to 205lbs. I am trying to bulk clean, but I seem to be gaining some fat too. I should be able to get rid of it though, I've done it before.

Weight was at 211 today. I am eating between 4,000 and 4,500 cal per day. It is amazing how much stronger I feel when I have a surplus of calories. All of my lifts have been increasing. I am sure when I start cutting, my strength will diminish.
April 1st I start cutting.
Thanks for the support Cursor.
