Did not take any measurements but got weight down to 190lbs.

Stopped running almost completely. Only about once per week now.

Confused weight dropped three pounds, all measurements went up except waist. Waist actually went down, but less than half inch. Could this account for the three pounds?
I am going off of the Creatine for about two weeks starting today

Why are you dropping the creatine?

Glad you started the journal. Why don't you include your current workout, since you are bulking and all.

Adding weight, and a skinnier waist. PHAT

I have been on the creatine for about six months, and just thought that I would get off of it for a couple of weeks to see if I notice any changes in appearance or workout quality.

I am kinda changing my routine around a little, today was susposed to be legs, but I may put it off until tommorow, becaue I have 440lbs of olympic weights and a Power rack to pick up. What a better way to break in the new weights than a good leg workout!
