Sunday August 22
Went over to the school today to get in some cardio...
6x 100yd sprints with 10-30seconds walking in between.
After I collapsed on the goal line and drank a water, I ran about 2 miles. I went a block further than last time, and with less walking too! Go me...

By the looks of it, your doing really good. Your work-outs look amazing. And after sprints, you ran 2 miles?! Great job. :

Damn! The keg got a lot heavier since I used it last! Mostly went well. I missed a lot of cleans, as in didn't rack em, probably did 5 extra cleans trying to get it up there! My right forearm on hte pinky side started acting up again towards the end, dammit!

30' low intensity bike ride to burn off all these FFAs floating around. BTW weight update 212 lbs. Adding in more fat to my diet to up the calories which have been pretty low lately. Trying for somethign along the lines of 170g protein, 140-150g fat, and 30g> carbs for my ketogenic days.

Had a great carb up up at the grandparents house, not clean at all because my grandma loves to cook cookies, cakes, and pastries and I eat em all. My hammies are toasted from todays workout. The Xenia is in 3 weeks.

I'm just curious about your diet. As you could see in my journal, I was logging EVERYTHING. I feel like I got everything pretty well down, so I might follow your journal and just mainly write about my workouts. I'm assuming your in bulking....so you just eat as much (mostly) clean food as you want at the right times with the right ratios, etc? (Well, low carbs and fat for you like you said in your first post) (Like fiberous carbs before bed, etc)...That was my plan. Man you look like your completey setup. Yea, my grandma makes stuff I can't resist eating sometimes too!

Thanks for checking ch0r. I usually write down everything I eat in a word document (offline). It's easier to make tables there. I'm currently trying to lose bodyfat. My diet of choice is the CKD. High fat during the week, high carbs on friday and saturday. Some days I don't eat enough fat, but otehrs I'm getting about 140g of fat. Protein is pretty constant, about 170-200g a day. Foods I eat are basic ketogenic dieting foods... tuna, beef, eggs, peanut butter, cream, mayo, butter and Splenda. The weekend carb load consists of stuff that has carbs in it.

Staggered grip Keg press
2x8
1x10
bottom grip
1x4
Military Press
45 1x10
95 1x5
95 1x10
95 2x8
Yates Row
95 1x8
135 4x8
Curls
45 1x8
55 1x8
65 1x6
75 1x4
95 1x2
Fairly short rest periods (1 min) on all. My right forearm was killing me during curls. Staggered grip keg presses really worked the triceps because of the shortened motion. Full ranged ones are tough as **** to control on the way down enough to let it come to rest on your shoulders.
