Tuesday Sept 7
Hit the pavement early (like 0600 early) for a nice 4.5 mile jog. Basically, they were showing us where all the places where PT is held were. So, just a jog, stopped once for pushups, stopped once more for stretching. I didn't hit the weights today. Blah. Tough to get into a routine this early at college. Hopefully I'll find something that works real quick. Sadly I don't have access to a hardcore gym, just thing university gym, which is your basic commercial gym, no place for deadlifts there. Agh! The Xenia is only a little more than a week away!

Sunday Sept 12
Did some PT type stuff today. 300m run, 40sec rest, 150m sprint. Did that one more time, then a 300m run, 3 minutes of fooling around on the rowing machine (bud wants to be on the crew team), then lots of ab work. 6" leg holds for 1 minute, flutter kicks, crunches. Got a PT test on tuesday.

Tuesday Sept 14
PT Test
50 pushups
43 situps
17:04 2 mile run
Pushups were good, situps were "eh," and the 2 mile was horrendous. Needless to say I'll be running a lot more. I also got weighed and measured, 217 (215 probably, with no sweat soaked clothes) and about 6'. 40.5" waist and 16" neck (stretched out). The waist is encouraging, because last time I measured it was 42" or 43".

Wednesday Sept 15
More PT this morning. Tons of stuff for pushups, a few crunches, then a run (~3mi). I'm wearing my uniform today, so that's pretty cool, even though it's about 90 degrees outside and I'm sweating like a bastard.

Lots of sandbags, lots of em. Piling sandbags today, then knocked out 10 assisted pullups (actually, got 3 myself, bravo). Been doing good to sticking with healthy foods, gotta drop about 15 lbs in 2 months before my next PT test.
