Accurate bodyfat measurment?

Howdy,
what products are the best/most accurate/easy for monitoring BF at home?

I have seen these really cheap plastic calipers (4-12 bucks), and other ones for almost $200. Also, these electronic devices which you mearly hold in your hands, and it sends a weak electric signal through your body to determine BF%

Any ideas/suggestions?

many thanks.

Well i've been using this OMRON HBF306 monitor while at the gym...
I want to purchase the product so i can measure my percentage in the mornings, but to ship it over from the USA to UK will cost me an additional $60!!!
The best price i've found is: $38.95 www.homemedicaltestsmall.com (model HBF306BL)
The thing is that all devices used give you an approximate indication. What i recommend is that you use the same method at the same time of the day/week. That will give you a closer more correct reference to use.

The really cheapest calipers are a little too flexy to get the best readings. For about $20 you can get all the accuracy you'll ever need from the Slimguide model. Frankly, though, a tape measure wins the award for best/most accurate/easy, especially when doing the measurement yourself. Accuracy isn't nearly as important as consistency for most people.

Yes i am in the UK.. but the web address i gave you should be transparent to wherever you are viewing it from. Plus the sites are companies in North America.
