I'm entering the Winter version as I'm in Peru this summer.
Most of my training is for mass and strength so I have decided to re-visit my goals and up my fitness levels for a fresh challenge.
I have 11 months to go til until this event but looking to also enter various local half marathons and
cross country runs in prep. If all goes well in my training maybe I could run the London marathon in April 09.
Anyway for now my focus is on maintaining size and strength with a 3 day program and to start building up distances by running twice a week.
I better get going..........
