Hi Ally! Welcome to DF! so glad to see that you started a journal, its a great way to help you stay on track and find motivation from others.
are you into any competitive sports or such?
are you currently doing any sort of exercise split with weights and cardio or something alike?

hey...thnx....Yes i am into competetive sports.Cheerleading (competition only) is going to be starting soon and I wanted to get my splits down and to be stronger for the mounds and everything. There is also track swimming and softball that I will be doing soon too.I am doing weight training with only my arms.

your only doing weight training for arms? IMO you could really benefit from working your entire body to become stronger overall. Especially since you are so active in many different sports. It greatly improved my output and power in sports in high school.

Do you recommend any special exercises with the weights that would benefit me?I didn't think there were many other ways that I can exercise with weights for the rest of my body.I've tried putting the weights between my feet and lifting them up and down but that's all I really found.I really appreciate this! :
