Here's my daily journal of the activities that I've done to get a better and well-toned body....if anyone has any ideas of what else I can do to shape up for track and the upcoming sports please do tell!...oh and if for any reason there is something wrong with what I'm doing I'd be glad to hear about what ya think

DDR-burned 600 calories (38 min)....toned my legs as well
Weight Training-used the weights on my arms...triceps....biceps...etc(15 min)

DDR-burned 300 calories
DIDN'T DO MUCH TODAY...WAS VERY BUSY!
2/29/04
Jogged for 10 min.....3 brakes in between
Did an ab workout....crunches,
exercise ball etc
Stretched my legs and arms
DDR-burned 309 calories
Lifted alot of boxes while helping my sister move...thought I might add that
