So I decided to do just a monthly journal since my workouts have been fairly sporadic. I'm setting short
term goals right now to get back into the shape I was. I miss being in that great of shape.
So I will be recording workouts and food in my journal both until I get my food back on track! If I know the caloric breakdown of my foods I'll include it. As penance I am gong to try and do the breakdown for at least a week or two.

Breakfast Tim Horton's Breakfast Sandwich with Bacon*

Lunch Cheeseburger and fries (I totally forgot my new plan of eating healthy lmao, but wasn't too bad it's an actual hamburger not fast food and sitting in oil, real cheese, and
sweet potatoe fries)
Dinner Chicken club sandwich

So far for the day: 1588 calories 36.2% fat 15.3% protein 47% carbs My calorie counter website gave me an A- lol I went to Tim Horton's for dinner and stayed away from the coffee haha

*OK I KNEW the breakfast sandwich was 400 calories BUT I did NOT know that my coffee was adding 230 calories!!!!! Sometimes I have 2 or 3 a day!!!!!!!! So i's only 9am and I'm already at 640 calories for the day!!!!
