So I know I keep going MIA, but I'm determined to stop that. I've started running after my son goes to bed so no choice since the roads never close
Tonight did a 2.9 mile in 27 minutes.
Yesterday 3.8 in somewhere around 40-45 min
Last Friday 2.9 in about 35 min
I'm planning a 5 miler for friday.
Every morning I do 15 pushups, 15 situps, 15 squats (not alot I know) for now this is my "regimen"
