Thanks I think I could've done more too if I'd been taking breaks between sets, but I didn't have the time. So that workout was completed in under 20min.

nice work amanda! 135lbs on the bench is great! Also congrats on losing weight, and on your son reaching a whopping 22lbs! That must be quite an armful!

Thanks He is getting to be an armful lol. I'd much rather carry him on my back!!

So last weekend I did an 11K hike in the mountains, and this weekend I spent 5 hrs down at stampede walking around yesterday, and 3 today!

July 8th

15 min run
Squats 95lbs 10 reps 125lbs 6 reps 145lbs 6 reps - RAN OUT OF TIME!!! I had NO idea that the gym closed at 3 oh well. I am planning on running at least twice this week!

July 14th

2.9mile run outside. Gorgeous! Then we went to the zoo, and walked around for about 4hrs I have been doing real good on my eating and have had a few people comment that I'm losing weight. So Yay But then last night I had 4 shots, and 3/4 a beer, plus a sausage, hot dog, and ribs lol. Last weekend we went to stampede and I had half a bag of mini doughnuts (you CAN'T go to stampede and not have mini doughnuts!) But they're something like 1000 calories a bag lol. Oh well it's a once a year treat!

July 15th

3 min warmup on eliptical

Bench press: 95lbs 10 reps 115lbs 6 reps 125lbs 3 reps 125lbs 2 reps 115lbs 2 reps.
One arm rows: 37.5lbs 10 reps 42.5lbs 8 reps 47.5lbs 6 reps 55lbs 4 reps
Bicep Curls: 25lbs 8 reps, 6 reps 5 reps
Skullcrushers: 35lbs 8 reps 55lbs 6 reps, 5 reps
Attemtped pullup - to nose hold for 10 sec.
Dips: 8 reps
Assisted pullups 40lbs assistance - 4 reps - held at top for 10 sec. each.

So on bench I could have gone up to 135lbs I think, but I was pretty hungry, and feeling pretty weak. Plus I was almost working out by myself. Only one other woman up there, and I didn't want to interrupt her workout to ask her to spot. Oh well.
