Your running will improve. Your workouts look good. You've got a great looking kid too.

You'll be back to where you were before long as you have lots of running muscle memory. Just need to clear out the lungs and the sludge in the arteries/veins. Weren't you doing 3 miles in about 25 minutes when you were in your prime?

Yep. It's a far cry from where I am now! It's not so bad though. I'm just going to try and run more often. I hope to run again today after weights, but it all depends on the weather. If it's too cold I won't take Julian out in it so it's a waiting game right now. When it's time to go to the gym if there is still no wind chill we'll go, if there is we won't. Tomorrow is suppose to be freezing so I'm really hoping we can go today!

Well Friday Julian was sick, and I was starting to feel sick so no gym. Monday I took him to the doctor's and he has an ear infection - which explains why he didn't sleep well Sunday. I am also sick. So no gym. Although yesterday I had to go fill his prescription and take my DH his lunch. There was about 1/2 foot to a foot in some places of snow to push/pull my stroller through. Definitely feels like I got a workout! My legs are sore today even! I don't know when I'll be back maybe not til' next week, so that'll give me time to decide what type of workouts I want to do.

Here are a couple of pics of me pregnatn - they are pictures of pictures so please excuse the bad quality.

http://i45.photobucket.com/albums/f6.../winter006.jpg

This first one is a day after my due date.

http://i45.photobucket.com/albums/f6.../winter007.jpg

This one was the Friday before I was induced - I was induced on Sunday.

When I look at these pics I don't feel bad about not losing all my pregnancy weight yet. I was huge!

Ok. Now here are current pics - what I'm up against!

http://i45.photobucket.com/albums/f6...Feb14th003.jpg

So I'm currently a size 10/12 and I use to be a 6/8 some stores a 4! As of today, right this moment, I am not eating any more junk! During my pregnancy I craved sugar like crazy. chocolate, and candy! Now I think I'm eating it from habit so no more. This will be a real test of will power since I bake every weekend, but I use to do it no problem so... I won't have any of the cookies, rocky road bars, or blondies I baked this weekend...

Oh, and I bought rice cakes for my snacks lol.

Hi Amanda,

Thanks for sharing. What a load off of your back. That must have felt great. Keep the pedal to the metal and keep moving forward. You'll get to where you want to be or where you are supposed to be.

Happy Valentine's Day!

p.s. my neck is now stiff from the bend I had to do to see your photos.
