lol tim!

Amanda, dont focus on the weight but on the 1.5 inch loss on your waist! Indication that you bodyfat is reducing, even if your scale weight isn't budging.

Your slidshows are beautiful : amazing scenery, and julian looks so cute in that little back thing (not having any kids.. i dont know what they are called!)

lol Too true. In my head I know you guys are right, and the weight isn't that important, but when you actually see it go up it's annoying. I like having my measurments done every few weeks, but not the weight. Oh well.

I've been sick since Thursday. Started feeling better Sunday and Julian started teething again. Which means runny nose, cough etc. so I couldn't go to the gym til today. But my eating has been good!

April 4th

15 min run - 10 min on 6.0, and 5 on 6.5

Bench Press 65lbs 12 reps 10 reps 8 reps
One Arm Rows 27.5lbs 12 reps 10 reps 32.5lbs 8 reps
Shoulder Press 12lbs 12 reps 15lbs 10 reps 17.5lbs 8 reps
Squat 85lbs 12 reps 10 reps 95lbs 8 reps
Deadlift 35lbs 12 reps 55lbs 10 reps 8 reps

Today wasn't a great workout. I had nothing in the house for breakfast so I ended up with 4 pieces of toast. Which for me isn't very much. That's why my run was short. I can't run on an empty stomach.

Thanks gymgirl

No gym today so I'll have to do some at home workout. I have a job interview tomorrow, and I'm SOOOOO nervous. I can't remember the last time I had a job interview, and I've NEVER had one that was important. I worked for the same company for 6 years - it was my first job, and I didn't need an interview to get it! Plus I may be able to work from home with this company! I'm waiting on DH to tell me if he's been able to print off my resume and I haven't heard from him yet. Now it's getting to late to go the gym as DS needs to have a nap shortly - then I'm going to workout!

good luck with the interview amanda!

I don't know how people run on an empty stomach! I would be retching on the side of the road.

You'll do good Amanda. I know it. Stand tall, look your prospective employer straight in the eye, speak the truth and your goodness will naturally showcase itself.
