Very good advice pierini.

You'll do great Amanda! Working from home would be great, espeically with a a new baby! I was in the same boat as you, worked at the same organization for 5 1/2 years. I was quite nervous before my first interview at a new company, but we end up surprising ourselves sometimes! Best of luck!

Thanks very much all! I'm even more nervous as I haven't been able to print off my resume. I downloaded office 2007 and nobody has it! So I've been trying to download 2003 again, and it's going so slow, and I can't find my original cd.... I just hope I can get it done at the library today!

So no workout yesterday

I've started doing 20 pushups, and 30 situps in the mornings though. I want to do that every morning so if I don't make it to the gym I'm getting "something" in. Plus if I know I'm not going to the gym I should be able to expand on it.

so today - off to the gym lol. Should settle my nerves a bit!

Thanks! I'm pretty sore this morning! My feet are so blistered it's ridiculous. I hate dress shoes! BUT by the sounds of it I got the job They don't have the at home position available, but the shift they do have works for us since Julian still won't have to go to daycare - which is important. The man that does the hiring told me he would get in touch with me for August since there is no training in July, but if I could in any way find daycare for June he would prefer that since there's a couple of training sessions in June as well.

Thanks

April 12th

I did two classes this morning. One called cardio tone, and then a pilates on the ball class. The cardio tone class was great! We did TONS of squats and lunges Also Squats with a jump on the end, and lunges with kicks, plus jogging. I was iimpressed. I haven't taken a class in a very long time. I won't be doing the pilates class again though. It didn't feel like much of an ab workout.

I took a pilates class before and I didn't much like it either...very boring and didnt feel like it did much for me. I guess it depends a lot on the instructor. I haven't tried another since though!

the cardio class sounds like fun!

April 16th

"Spa Ball" class. It was OK. Not great and I probably won't go back. I did get a workout, but for an hour class I felt I should of had more of one...

So after class I did a one mile run 8:36

Then I came home and saw the WOD on crossfit. May try it later but substitute the pullups for something. Depends on if Julian gives me a good nap or not...
