What is "spa ball"? Is it one of those fat-lady workouts that makes you feel like you didn't work out?

I was wondering the same thing. spa and workout...that's an oxymoron in my book.

congrats on the job!

It's a class specifically made for my gym "Spa Lady" I'm pretty sure every gym has one

It was kind of like one of those fat-lady classes lol. I really thought it was going to be better. I used the heaviest medicine ball, and heaviest bar, but it was more like a light workout. Oh well. Now I just know not to take it again. I got a better workout in the half hour class I did on Thursday!

****Warning any men squeamish about female problems read no further****

So I didn't make it to the gym yesterday as I got my first postpartum AF. Had no tampons etc. by the time we got home it was too late to get him to daycare. Odd thing though. I am famished!! I'm going to post in the Women's fitness section as well, but is this normal? I can't stop eating. I'm afraid it's going to take away from everything I've been doing. I checked last week at one point and I was down to 160.04lbs! Plus I can almost fit comfortably into a size 8

Anyways. Off to the gym today lol

I'm a girl and all, but I suck at female anatomy and such...what is AF?

It is normal to be famished around TOTM, if you are worried about how it will affect your goals, try snacking on higher fat (good fat obviously) foods. Avacados, nuts, nut butter etc...Also maybe you can plan your cheat days/meals around TOTM so that way you are fulfilling those cravings but you don't have to feel guilty about it.

Good idea with the cheat days around TOTM. This is just my first one since having Julian so it surprised me. I'll do that in the future!
