yea, I don't know about a steam room. I have a hard time keeping hydrated right now, and I don't know how good the heat would be. I know if I was to go in a hot tub I'd have to limit myself to a few minutes as I'm suppose to keep my body temp down. Sure sounds nice though!

With pushups the range of motion is getting less and less lol. I go down til' my stomach touches and that's it. with the atlas pushups I get a much bigger range of motion since they're done with the upper body between to benches or other platforms.

You're just doing great, Amanda, I'm impressed - particularly so that you're still doing unassisted dips. I can't do sets of 12, and I'm not even pregnant!

And if you are - I swear I wasn't there, I wasn't drinking, and I didn't do it.

Thanks guys! Tim when you say you can't do sets of 12 it makes me think Im doing something wrong lol.

May 9th

Warmup - 5 min on eliptical - those were slow minutes! 7 tiger moves light intensity

12 Dips
16 Assisted pullups - 90lbs assistance
Seated Leg Extension - 40lbs 3sets 15 reps
Adducters - 50lbs 20reps
Abductors - 50lbs 20 reps
Adducters - 50lbs 20reps
Abductors - 50lbs 20 reps
12 Dips
16 Assisted Chinups - 90lbs assistance - palms facing eachother
50 Furey Squats
20 walking lunges

I did lots and lots of stretching today. My left hip is extremely sore. I think it's really tight. So I did my best to stretch it out after it was warmed up. I can't do leg lifts lying on my side - it hurts my stomach so I used the machine. My hamstrings are still not 100% from last week. So I didn't want to do too much work for them - that's why I did the seated leg extension and only 20 lunges. It's very uncomfortable to stretch them.

No, that means you're doing something right! My only defense is that I probably outweigh you by nearly 100 pounds. Plus you're tougher than I am.

Hey Amanda you're in Canada right? Just wondering because there was a new study being reported today about exercise, prenatal care, maternity leave and the relationship to infant health.

Guess what? Fit, healthy women have healthier babies than unfit women. Hey, the things our government and universities here south of the border come up with to do studies on.

So apparently all or our belief that you are on the right track - was correct.

Yea I'm in Canada! I feel very fortunate to get a year off paid. I can't imagine having to go right back to work. It's not full pay, but it's still nothing to complain about. Actually if you work for the government then you get full pay - the government tops it up.

I think all governments are good at "studies", but not action.

- Still can't do the sidelying leg lifts - not enough support for my stomach.
- My legs are tired in general so I'm keeping my lower body workouts easy in hopes not to tire out so quickly.

Weight - 179lbs - I was going to put 178, but it's higher than 178, and lower than 179 lol

**Took last Thursday the 11th off as a day of rest - I was exhausted! Then took Friday/Saturday off due to medical reasons. If anyones interested I'm not shy - you can PM me. Everything is fine, it was just a precaution. I did end up having another ultrasound though and found out he's measuring 4lbs 1ounce - 1 week ahead of where he's suppose to be At my last ultrasound he was measuring 1 week behind. He's done alot of growing since then lol.
