Thanks guys! I sometimes still feel guilty about not doing proper workouts, but then I walk to work and feel soooo tired!
June 15th
Swimming
2 lengths warmup on back - 50m total
20 lengths front crawl - 500m total
2 lengths cooldown on back - 50m total
The one thing I need to figure out is how to get myself to slow down a bit. I try, but by the time I get to the other end of the pool I'm back up to speed and then I get real tired quick, and have to take a break between every 2 lengths.
oh well. Going again tomorrow
Oh, and according to my doctor my weight is at 184!

My work schedule got changed on me so no swimming last Friday!
June 19th
Swimming
30min - pretty much continuous. I didn't count how many lengths - I didn't have time! It was quite crowded, and since I had to swim in the "medium" circle lane I had to keep up with this other lady that was in there as she was doing circles and not just staying on one side. Good workout though!

That's unreal. You're doing so great, I'm really impressed with how hard you're working given how pregnant you are.

Amanda, you are just doing so well!
Take a nice long break and enjoy time with little Julian and his Dad when he makes his arrival. You are so far ahead of the game, the extra weight ganed is going to peel right off you. :

Those walking lunges were with bodyweight weren't they?

Thanks Everyone Your encouragement is very helpful!
I am definitely planning on taking some time off after Julian is born. I don't know how much. I think I've read at least two weeks is recommended, but if I feel I need more I'll definitely be taking it!
Yes those are bodyweight lunges. The hardest thing is keeping my back straight. Because of the extra weight the natural tendency is to kind of round forward. That's why I kept the reps a bit lower than usual.

Try 6 to 8 weeks. You don't want to start back too soon. Having a baby is a tough job and just like anything else demanding - you need proper time to recover.
