Hi Andrea, it depends on the day how much I've been working out etc. Right now my last long run was 8 miles, but at one point ( should still be there) I was up to 12 miles. My goal is a half and then a full marathon, but life is just crazy right now and my training is suffering.

By not checking my work schedule we use to have a set schedule, and for the past few weeks I was working 9-5, but that monday I was working 3-8 and I assumed it was 9-5 Learned my lesson though!
Things are... stressful right now. My roommate (Being the smart person she is ) decided to not pay rent on the first but "give her 30 day notice" The landlord said no, and we all have to get out. No money to do that, so we'll probably have to stay at a friends place to save money... anyways, hopefully I'll get to the gym for spinning tomorrow and get rid of this stress!!

Amanda, I am sorry to hear it. It seems like lately it has been just one thing after another, and I do hope you'll be able to get down there and work some of the stress out in that spin class, it really helps when you're feeling overwhelmed and stuff huh.
I don't know how things are in Canada with the rental laws and stuff, but do you mean that you have to get out RIGHT NOW, I mean, you do have at least the 30 days though, right?

Wow, 8-12 miles!! That's great. : I would also love to run a marathon someday too. The most I could ever run is 7 miles. I hope things in your life get better. Your journal is inspiring!!

Amy- Yes I have 30 days or until the end of Aug. legally they can't even do that. Legally I'd have until the end of Sept. or so but to do that we'd have to fight through the rental tribunal, and then there would be a record of us having problems with landlords, and these are nice people, but they are old italian immigrants and it's really not worth the fight. It would be next to impossible to even explain the process to them. It's not their fault I understand where they are coming from. It's my idiot roommates fault! Now things really can only get better

Thanks Andrea! 7 miles is far! I found that was the mental barrier for me once I ran 8 for the first time it seemed to get easier in my head.

Thanks Amy! I feel so lazy lately, but stressed at the same time. One more month and things should be back on track money wise etc. The rental market isn't bad here... at least as far as I know. We should be able to find something fairly easily. We may end up staying with a friend for a month just to make our lives easier too. That way Don would be working too!

I didn't know your husband's/boyfriend's name was Don. How's he been doing anyway? If your friend doesn't mind, why not take him/her up on the offer. Who knows, you might be doing your friend a favor with the extra cash....
Its kinda nice to have a break in the routine too. One time I had someone stay with me for a month and I really enjoyed the time. There was no pressure either since it was clear that the stay was temporary.

Yea, we are going to take him up on his offer. It's kind of a relief anyways. Don's doing better hes starting to look for work come monday morning, which hes happy about! Gets boring doing nothing The stay will definelty be temporary so it'll be alright! Now I just have to get my but in gear and get back in the gym. I'm going to start trying to go before work. So Monday morning I'll be there around 5! We'll see

Yea, moving is no fun! We have to move our stuff to storage for one month, and some items to my parents, and then move all over again come oct 1 (hopefully) could live without that but at least I don't have to worry about rent
I WILL be in the gym in the morning I WON'T let myself make an excuse to go back to bed! Thats what I did Thursday and Friday, bad bad bad!
P.S. I like your signature
