6:20 - 2 packages of oatmeal with skim milk and 1 large coffee
8:45 - 2 yogurts
10:00 - 2 pieces whole wheat bread with peanut butter
11:00 - workout - 5 min warmup on 6.0
- 7 mile run
- 70 minutes
- 180HR
- 687 cal burn
- 5 min cool down
12:45 - chicken pot pie, mashed potatoes, brocoli and baby corn
3:30 - yogurt
5:00 - bowl of just right cereal with 2% milk
7:00 - beef teriaky stir fry
9:00 - piece of bread with peanut butter

11:15 - bolognaise with pasta, glass of skim milk
1:30 - workout - 5 min warm up 6.0
- 30 min "light run" program on treadmill
- 2.91 miles
- 364 cal burn
- HR 183
- prgram setting was speed: 5.4-6.2MPH
Incline: 2 - 5
2:30 - half a tuna sandwich
5:50 - bowl of cereal
7:30 - pasta with veggies - zucchini, red, green peppers, mushrooms cooked in fat free chicken broth with diced chicken breast and basil sauce.

- bench press 70lbs (BB) 2 sets 8 reps, 1 set 10 reps
- Bent over row 30lbs 2 sets 15 reps
- Deadlift 70lbs (BB) 3 sets 10 reps
- squat 70lbs (BB) 3 sets 10 reps
- Plie squats 70Lbs (BB) 3 sets 10 reps
- Calf raises 60lbs (DB) 3 sets 15 reps
- crunches knees 90 degrees - 3 sets 12 reps
- leg raises on incline 3 sets 12 reps
5:00 - roast beef sandwich on whole wheat bread
6:45 - whole wheat pasta with tomato sauce and lean ground beaf
8:45 - piece of bread with peanut butter

6 mexiquila stingers over course of evening
10:00 - 1 piece thin crust vegetarian pizza

- 8 mile run  : (1st time ever)
- 80 minutes

1:00 - sandwich, 2 spring rolls and some potato salad
3:30 - banana, and two pieces bread with peanut butter
4:20 - fake crab meat
7:00 - chicken breast, mushrooms and red peppers, mashed potato with chicken gravy and some curly fries.

8:30 - coffee with 2% milk
9:00 - bowl of multi grain cheerios with blueberries and 2% milk, and a couple danone yogurts
10:00 - workout
- squat - 1 set 85lbs 10 reps
- 1 set 95lbs 10 reps
- 1 set 100lbs 10 reps
(I found out that the bar I thought was 35lbs was actually 45lbs  so everything I've been doing with that bar, deadlift, squat and bench press have actually been ten pounds heavier  : made my day!)
- plie squat - 100lbs 3 sets 10 reps
- deadlift - 85lbs 3 sets 10 reps
- bench press - 85lbs 3 sets 8 reps
- assist pull ups 20lbs 6 reps 1 set
25 lbs 6 reps 1 set
- rear facing pec dec 70 lbs 1 set 8 reps
- skull crushers 40lbs 2 sets 6 reps
- bicep curl (machine) 45lbs 2 sets 8 reps
- weighted side bends 10lbs 2 sets 10 reps
- ab machine 1 set 10 reps 8lbs
12:30 - roasted chicken breast sub - footlong with red wine vinagerette dressing
then did some shots with the BF of wisers chased with orange juice
dinner was marinated pork tenderloin with veggies

Yes it does tax my lower back, same with the running, but I try to relax on the weekends and let it rest. I sit on an exercise ball at work which helps as well.
