7:00 - coffeee
9:00 - egg sandwich, 4 whole eggs, 2 slices whole wheat bread, 1 slice cheese, glass of orange juice
10:00 - peanut butter and bread sandwich
11:30 - workout
Squat - 120lbs 1 set 8 reps
- 125lbs 2 sets 8 reps
Plie Squat - 115lbs 3 sets 8 reps
Deadlift - 95lbs 3 sets 10 reps
Benchpress - 85lbs 3 sets 6 reps
Assist Pullups - 20lbs 2 sets 4 reps
Shoulder press - 20lbs (DBs) 1 set 10 reps
- 25lbs (DBs) 2 sets 10 reps
Skull Crushers - 45 lbs 3 sets 8 reps
Bicep curls (machine) - 55lbs 3 sets 8 reps
Abs - Roman chair 3 sets 12 reps
- incline sit up 3 sets 12 reps
- floor crunch 2 sets 8 reps
2:00 - 1 can campbells chicken and corn soup
4:00 - 2 pieces bread with peanut butter
6:00 - chicken stir fried vegetables, pasta and tomatoe cheese bake

April 6th
6:45 - 2 packages oatmeal skim milk and large coffee
9:00 - orange
10:00 - 2 pieces toast with peanut butter 1 banana
11 mile run
- 110 min
- 1200 (or so) cal burn
- 5 min cool down
1:15 - Pork chops, mixed vegetables, mashed potatoes, glass of milk

I have been really bad lately about recording my workouts!! I haven't even been keeping them on paper!  So I'm going to try and start again with this week
Here goes
April 27th
6:45 - 2 packages oatmeal with a large tea (no sugar)
9:00 - apple, orange, banana
10:00 - 2 yogurts
11:00 - 12 mile run in 120 minutes
1:30 - turkey cutlets, mixed vegetables, baked potatoe
4:00 - peanut butter and bread
6:30 - pork schnitzel, mixed veggies, mushroom rice

10:00 - walked to gym
squat - 145 lbs 3 sets 8 reps
bench press - 95 lbs 1 set 6 reps
- 105 lbs 2 sets 6 reps
bent over row - 30 lbs (DB) 3 sets 10 reps
incline sit ups - 1 set 15 reps
- 2 sets with 5 lb plate, 10 reps
dips with feet on ball - 3 sets 15 reps
side bends - 15 reps each side
roman chair leg lifts - 3 sets 12 reps
bicep curl - 20 lbs 2 sets 6 reps
1 set 5 reps
12:00 - mr. noodle mushroom soup
2:00 - piece of bread with peanut butter
8:00 - chicken, vegetables, basil rice

6:45 - bowl of shreddies with 2% milk and a tea
10:00 - 2 yogurts
11:00 - a hamburger with cheese, tomatoes, cucumber
1:45 - tuna sandwich
2:30 - 30 min run
- hard jog setting on treadmill
6:00 - 2 lean stuffs, baked french fries

Thanks!! it was my PB for 6 miles
 Panzarotti is a pizza folded in half basically, we got green pepper, pineapple, sausage, pepperoni, ham, bacon, onion, mushrooms, ground beef

Thanks Amy! I did 12 miles last week, (which I forgot to record again!) it was my only workout for the week since I need new shoes, or orthotics to put in the shoes because i have shin splints and IT band syndrome. But hopefully soon I'll be back to my regular runs!
