Amks new routine WK2


Monday
Leg extension - 3 sets of 12 @ #5 ( uped weight by one plate )
Donkey Calves - 3 sets of 12 @ 75lbs ( no weight change) ***
Hack Squats - 3 sets of 12 @ 50lbs ( 2-25lb plates )
Standing Calf - 3 sets of 12 @ #5 ( uped weight by 1 plate)***
Free Squats - 3 sets of 15 @ 70lbs ( uped weight by 10lb )***
Lying Leg Curl -
