10.1 miles?! That is nuts! After an intense workout I feel like sitting down, not walking haha. You must have felt like superwoman yesterday.

You still amaze me woman! You do so much and the weights you use are incredible! So what is your bench press goal?

What's up, you planning on trying out for the role of Wonder Woman when they start filming???

Awesome progress for the woman who couldn't do a pull up. Remember that?

Oh Andy!!!! It's very sad, I still can't do pull ups worth a crap!!!!!!!!!!!!! lololol, now I am just doing on the assisted p/up machine.
One day I should go in to the gym fresh and just try one before anything else on the squat rack or something, maybe I'll surprise myself - (I hope?)

No w/out yesterday. Babysitting might qualify for one if they're 1 & 2 years old though? Well, it was an eventful evening though, that's for sure. Pleasant though, I love those little guys, my nephews.

No, I'm not going for superwoman or wonder woman, but thanx for the ego blast!
My mom left a message on my cell phone saying she had seen me and was honking and waving frantically but I didn't see her. And she said I have regressed to a 16 year old with the music and she hopes something good was going into my brain.
Ya, it was good alright, I was thinking about my sweetie pie Scott......just oblivious to the world I guess.........

BABY YOU MAKE MY LOVE COME DOWN...
OOOOOO YOU MAKE MY LOVE COME DOWN
MAKE IT COME ALL THE WAY DOWN
AW YOU MAKE MY LOVE COME DOWN

I CAN'T HELP THE WAY I FEEL ABOUCHA BABY
I CANT HELP THE WAY I FEEL

ALL THE WAY DOWN

YOU MAKE MY, YOU MAKE MY LOVE COME DOWN.......

ya, just funk out............................................... ......
dance baby.........

I bet with all the other things you are doing, if you go in and do pullups first while you are fresh, you will be able to get them. If I do anything else before pull ups, I can't do any. I can do them forever with no weight - but with some weight added around my waist - wow they really get tough to do.

Excellent w/out yesterday

12/23/04

Biceps & Triceps

I guess my curls aren't too bad when I do them first before other work or on a separate day. We did this w/out because I couldn't do legs, don't want to overtrain, & I just did chest & shoulders Tuesday, last w/out we did together was back so......

Standing Cambered Bar Curl
1x8x40
3x7x60 - I'm happy about those sets! :

Preacher Curl - This one I only went halfway down, seemed to hit biceps better instead of the forearms.
2x4x60

Alt DB Curls
1x8x20's
1x3x30's - First time I curled the 30's :

Bicep Curls - Cable, Preacher Position
2x7x50

Close Grip Bench Press
1x8x60
1x8x90
2x4x110

Skullcrushers
1x10x40
1x7x60
1x3x60

Rope Pressdowns
1x6x90
1x8x60

Drop-Set, (a long, painful one)
1x8x90
1x5x80
1x6x70
1x6x60
1x7x50
1x9x40
1x20x30
1x50x20

painful, good w/out, feel good. Really working hard on my triceps, want to increase my Flat BBBP

Congrats on the 30s! It always feels great to move up to the next number, like 20s to 30s, or 30s to 40s. Very nice. And your CGBP is lookin' pretty good too! You never cease to amaze Amy.

Thank you for the encouragement, glad to see you joined this board, its really cool & I learn a lot around here. Its practically my religion or something to log onto this thing. Really keeps me motivated.

Well, I didn't post the last two workouts, but I noticed my BP really sucked. There's this guy in there that told me my form is not too good and spent time showing me exactly how to have the right form. I guess the way I was doing it a lot of the stress came on my front deltoids and stuff, I have a lot of info now to improve it - looking forward to 2005!!!!

Last w/out me & Scott tried the Leg Press to try and mix it up a bit. I did
1x8x180
1x10x270
1x10x360
1x10x410

My legs were jello-ish, especially after working hamstrings afterwards, but not sore AT ALL the next day, I still say squats are the best. This year, I'm really going to be working on absolutely perfect form and I might also try the "ass to grass" squats.

Well, I had pulled a nerve and had to get an adjustment @ the chiropractors, but feel better. I think it may have been from doing the shrugs w/ all that weight on the standing calf raise machine. You know, your there with all that weight just right on your shoulders, maybe thats what pinched my nerve. I feel better now though.

Scott bought me some lifting straps & I will get to test them out. Maybe that will help me hold enough weight to hit it, I hope so.

I might post a pic of my progress developing my back muscles, I am pretty surprised at my progress and how my back is developing.
