I wasn't able to get back into ketosis until late today. Im not sure why. I didnt even have any fructose. Oh well . I only have 4 more days of it left.

Diet was kept real good today. Not sure if I got in enough fiber though. Will find out later .

I also did a little cardio today. Not as much as I would of liked to of done, but I didnt want to have to take dextrose post workout or carbs pre workout (since I wasn't in ketosis).

Tomorow is my 5th workout of 15's. I know that on some exerises, I will reach my 15 rep max (although I wont be sure until tommorow), which means on friday, I'm really going to have to push myself.

random note:
I started flexing my legs around today. Boy they got way more defined and bigger (not sure about bigger, maybe its just the definition, will find out saturday on measurements though). The lump on the side of the quads are actually sticking out and I can actually see some seperations! I think my legs really liked the 15 rep ranges .

yay, the first day of October. I really love the fall.

2nd to last day of the 15's today. I was pretty much wrecked. It felt like I had reached my 15 rep max on squats, barbell curls, and skull crushers. A good note though. I was able to complete the bent over lateral raises today and wrist curls today. I thought they would be to heavy, but I just completed the 15th rep. So alls going well...

Diet was kept real good today. Only carbs came pre workout. For dinner I had kfc ! no skin though !. A great day. Tomorow I do cardio, then the day afterwards, I do my 15 rep max workout and finish up my TKD .

I got a good amount of sleep last night. 6 hours. I know I wont be able to sleep for 7 hours, so my goal is to get 6 and a half hours of sleep each night (on the weekend get 9-10).

Random note:
I'm running out of low carb foods... Thank goodnes my cutting phase ends friday (2 more days).

Today was a rest day. I did some light cardio but that is about it. I was able to get 7 hours and 20 minutes of sleep. It was actaully a pretty big surprise. I went to bed at 12, and got up at 7:20. worked out rather well, I wasnt nearly as tired.

Diet was good as well. Had some hot dogs yum. Other then that, just preparing for my workout tomorow. I hope I'm able to survive it. Heres my routine for tomrow: wake up, school, workout, eat, passout. That just about covers it .

Random note: Tomorow is the last day of my cutting portion.

Wow. my workout today was HARDCORE! Just as hard as I thought it would be. Doing 2 sets of 15 rep squats, then stiff legged deadlifts really takes the energy out of you. I'm also pretty glycogen depleted considering Im only eating around 40-50 carbs a day around my workout. On the 2nd set of some exericses, I was only able to rep out 10 reps due to the above reason. I learned that on the 2nd set if you cant get 15 reps, slow down range of motion to increase the TUT (time under tension) and get as many reps more as you can. A Good tip from blowdpanis.

I'm looking very foward to tomorow. I'm going to do a one day carbload. Half the day consisting of HIgh-gi carbs, and the other half consisiting of low-gi carbs. Then the rest of the bulking days, I'll eat normally.

Today I got another 7 hours of sleep as well.

Random note: I'm putting up mesasurments tomrow since it ends my first cutting phase of the abcHST.

woah. What a pig out day. I did a carbload that turned into a total carb fest lol . I got rid of all my weird carb cravings. I also took new measurements since I finsihed my cutting portion already:

Arms: 11.75 (relaxed) 12 (flexed)
Chest (around nipples):33 (relaxed), 35 (flexed)
Waist (around belly button, relaxed):28 1/3 inches
Quads (middle part): 18 1/3 (relaxed), 18 3/4 inches (flexed)
Calves (flexed): 13 (relaxed), 13 1/4 inches (flexed)
Weight: 136 lbs

so I lost around .25 inches on some muscles, yet keep in mind in mind that I'm very glycogen depleted becuase i have been doing high reps for the past 2 weeks and eating 20 carbs a day.

so after my carbload today, Im sure my stats will go back right where I started or even more (I gained muscle yet lost fat).

Can't wait to start bulking tomrow .

Today started the first real day of bulking. Man it ws great. We all had a big dinner for the holidays tonight and I stuffed myself . Even at the desserts .

Got 9 hours of sleep though. Other then that, nothing to add just yet.

Tomorow is my last rest day before I do one of my workouts.

Today was a great day. Diet went really well and according to plan. i was also able to fit in the 2 workouts today. It was great using the lighter weights and 10 rep range.. like i said earlier, i have real bad muscular endurance... this was just alot easier for me.

Got around 5 and a half hours of sleep today. I have to try and get to bed earlier.

I know Im going to be feeling some DOMS tomrow .

My left shuolder is starting to get stinging pains in it. Ill see what hapens in another few days or so. Tomrow I do a double workout again then after that I take a day to rest.

So far this is going great. The wokrouts are going to get real hard though.

On a side note, i was real tired last night. I fell alseep on my bed an didnt even get to eat my last meal .

Diet today went well though. Getting harder and harder to stuff the calories although those donuts helped today .

Today's workout was great. Im not sure why but Im starting to like he hard stretching inbetween sets . This was the 4th workout of the 10s meaning I only have 2 more to go.

I'm going away tomrow though and not coming back until the next day at night. So I'll definatly have to postpone tomorows workout and possibly postpones monday's workout.

On another note, i got 10 hours of sleep yesterday . Diet is okay... I should be eating more but its pretty hard with school around .

nothing much happened today as I was away so I had to miss my workout. Diet was hard since I can't really eat that often since im away and I have to eat crappy foods.... but during the ABCDE, a calorie is a calorie i guess . i hope I get home tomorow in time to do my workout... other then that, nothing really constructive to add .
