I was really hoping I'd be able to fit in my workouts today but I couldn't. I just got home to late and my step brother was sleeping (where the weights are) so I'll have to post pone my workout AGAIN to tomorow. Oh well, the extra days of rest will do me well since I been working out 6 out of 8 days so far . i will update how tomorow goes.

DId my 2nd to last workout of 10's. i came to the conclusion that since I really cant get in as many calories as I want to be able to, and can only get around 6 hours of sleep during the week, that it would be best not to train twice a day every other day. I'm starting to get the overtraining sympotoms also and havent seen much of a change in my body so I think im been overtraining. Ill see what happens to my measurements at the end of the week .

Today was my 10 rep max workout. Boy it was exhausting. But I accomplished my goal and got all 10 reps on the first set and mostly 10 reps on the 2nd sets of the exercises. Diet actualyl went pretty well today. I got 6 hours of sleep as well. I have to try and get 7 hours though im just too tired in the morning.
Only a few more days of bulking left =/.

Today was a nice day . I'm pretty sore from yesterdays workout, so thank god it was the 1st workout of the 5's. It went pretty fast and was pretty good. I find it alot easier to use the lower rep ranges especailly with the lighter amount of weight. Tomrow I gotta do my 2nd and 3rd 5 rep max workout and I'll be done training for the next 12 days . So that means I have one day of bulking and working out left =/.

Last day of bulking today . Tomorow I start another go around of the TKD so new measurements will be up tomorow after my pump dies out.
I finished up the 3rd workout of my 5's.When I began my bulk again 12 days from now, Im going to finish off my 5's and start my negatives.
Today went well also. I really like these 5 rep workouts sinec i enjoy low reps. THERE FUN! Diet went pretty well today. I got out my last thing of carbs in last night to last me for the next 2 weeks.
Also, I wont be working out while cutting since it will be a stradegetic decondition. A few light cardio sesions is about it.

Today was the first day of cutting which means new measurements. So here are my new measurements (before was taken after my cutting phase 2 weeks ago):
before/after
Arms: 11.75 (relaxed) 12 (flexed)/ 12 (relaxed), 12.75 (flexed)
Chest (around nipples):33 (relaxed), 35 (flexed)/ 34.5 (relaxed), 36.125 (flexed)
Waist (around belly button, relaxed):28 1/3 inches/ 30.25 inches
Quads (middle part): 18 1/3 (relaxed), 18 3/4 (flexed)/ 18.75 (relaxed), 19 (flexed)
Calves (flexed): 13 (relaxed), 13 1/4 (flexed), 13.5 (relaxed), 14 (flexed)
Weight: 136 /148
*measured in inches and pounds
So results were pretty good . Waist I think increased alot becuase I incorprated weight training for my abs which I have never done before. So the results were actually real good. I miss bulking already .
Cutting went real well today. The only thing I dont think I should of had is peppers (even then it was only a little) but thats about it. Tomrow is also a 30 minute cardio session to deplete my liver of glycogen to enter ketosis faster.

Got some great cardio done today. Boy am I out of shape though. I started out running at a good pace for 7 minutes, then I had to walk for a minute to catch my breath, then start again. I did this until I got to 30 minutes worth of running. I burnt a real good amount of calories...
I also got 8 hours of sleep the night before. A ketogenic diet is great. I got to eat greek gyro today... one of my favorite things .
So far, I finished 1/4 of my cutting. Its going rather fast.

Everything went well today up till dinner. For dinner was a little beat stuffed with potatoes and rice. So I just ate the meat and my mom yelled at me and told me what i was doing was dumb so I just ate the rice and potatoes to make her bequite. It was starches anyhow rather then sucrose so I should be right back into ketosis rather quickly (either tonight or tomrow morning). Other then that, nothing much to add. It seems/feels like im getting alot smaller though.... and I MISS MY CARBS .

Today went real well . Im back into ketosis today and everything is back on track. Im basically eating less then mantainince calories each day, and no more then 20 carbs. The carb cravings are still here but they will never go away . Looking foward to my frosted flakes after this . Today is the 4th day of cutting. That means I'm already 1/3 finished .
Nothing really else to add except im starting to really miss working out .

*sigh*... Everything was going great today up until dinner as usual... I had 4 slices of home made fresh bread... man it smelt great (tasted awesome)... I figured I might as well for some reason. This is the 2nd meal of carbs within the last 6 days =/ (although I am back into ketosis now) so this means for the next 6 days, I will do 4 sessions of cardio as opposed to 3. Other then that, my sleeping habits are really good. I get no less then 6 hours of sleep followed by a 60-90 minute nap in the afternoon.
Oh yeh, half my cutting phase is over . Cant wait to start bulking and lifting again .

HIIT owns. I had my pre cardio carbs today, then went off and did a HIIT session. Man it was great. It was longer then usual also since I was pumped for it. I was sweating as much as I was from my cardio session monday. Diet went real well tdoay. Its easy for me to get back into ketosis . More then half my cutting phase is over now... Im happy to hear that . Nothing else really to add.

I decided to carbload today. Although I would keep a moderate amount of carbs. Here is what I had and boy did it hit the spot:
2 slices of pizza
1 small package of twizzlers
1 snickers bar
fat free angel food cake
It may not of been the healthiest, but it got the job done .
I also saw scary movie 3 today =/. Wasn't nearly as good as the others but it was okay.
Looking foward to finishing my small carbload tomrow .
