oh okay. I think i read it wrong . Ill just try the alternating every 2 weeks. I find its not doing anything, ill switch to something else. I remember someone also rotated every week between max-ot and GVT and had pretty good results.

http://www.exrx.net/Stretches/Quadriceps/Standing.html
Stiff Legged Deadlifts
66lbs x 10 reps

Calf Raises
bodyweight x 15 reps
Inbetween sets, 30 seconds for each calf of this stretch:

Weighted Crunches
10lbs x 15 reps
Inbetween sets, 30 seconds of this stretch: http://www.exrx.net/Stretches/Rectus.../Kneeling.html
HOLY $HIT! this workout was so dam instense. I was sweating like i just did a HIIT session and almost threw up 6 times. The sweat got all over my bar and weight plates and everything lol. The weights were a bit low but this week is experimenting and i was also able to get 10 or 15 reps on every single set (this means i increase the weight). The stretching inbetween sets also really took a toll on me (i almost threw up during the stretching especially the ab stretch). It took me 20 minutes to lay down and rest to get rid of that queezy feeling so i can eat my tuna.
oh yeah, for somereason it felt like i had a cramp in my stomach during the first few sets then it felt like a tore a muscle in my arm or something. weird.
Diet was a little off today.
breakfast: went as planned
lunch: as planned
snack: ran outa almonds so used macodamia nuts and peanuts
pre workout: as planned
post workout: as planned
snack: had a low carb protein bar and a slice of ham
dinner: had a slice of pizza and a salad with shredded cheese
2 hours later: some bacon
before bed: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons peanut butter
yeh lol. i got a little hungry so some things didnt go as planned but it still worked out good. I definatly got 3000 calories which i should probably up it to. so im going to add in one more meal.
Reminder: 1. i have to rearange my diet becuase im going out in the day alot and i cant stay home and workout.
2. i cant have nuts anytime before a workout as the taste in my mouth itself almost made me want to throw up.
OVerall, it was a good first day and i learbed some stuff.

Keto, this is your first week of bulking, right? Remember, they state to do the extreme stretching on the 2nd week of bulking rather than the first.
Also about rearanging your diet due to going out a lot in the day, I take it you will probably throw some MR bars and MRP's in there? Whenever I go out, I bring MR bars and MRP's with me along with a bunch of half liters of water and it works out great.
Anyway, I'm glad your first day went great, keep up the good work bro!

today was another good day. Not much physical activity except my workout becuase i can barely move my legs. The last time mY legs felt like this was my first leg workout. They havent felt this way in a long time. Its a great feeling. for some reaosn my back was sore today (go figure) and it made todays a bit workout harder but i still did it. Heres how it went:
Flat Dumbell Bench Press
4x10 (28lbs), 2x7 (28lbs), 2x6 (28lbs),1x7 (28lbs), 1x6 (28lbs)
Bent Over Barbell Rows
10x10 (70lbs)
Chest Flye
3x11 (12lbs)
One armed DB rows
3x11 (22lbs)
it was a very intense workout. I dont remember sweating this much doing chest or back. I was surprised about the flat dumbell bench press. I didnt go under 6 reps, so im going to keep with this weight. MY arms (both biceps and triceps) and forearms were being used alot as well during the exercises and were giving out =/. Oh well, at least there is some exercises to increase there .
diet went pretty well today as well.
Breakfast: 2 cups mini wheats with skim milk (this was supposed to be pre workout but i had a dentist appointment)
Brunch: 1.5 cups smart start, 12 ounce skim milk, 2 slices whole wheat bread
post workout: as planned
Lunch: as planned
snack: power bar
dinner:as planned! (yay), low carb (high protein/fat) bar
snack: 2 ounce peanuts, table spoon peanut butter
before bed:as planned
most things went as planned today. I tried to wokrout early today but of course i had a dentist appointment so i had to reschedule my workout.
if you havent noticed, im trying to eat my planned diet, and include an extra snack ensuring i get over/around 3000 calories. I also feel very hungry so it works out great! cant wait to take measurements at the end of the week.
reminders:1. get some almonds and oatmeal and more smarties
2. get some whey protien before i do of mercury posining

wow, my chest is sorreee. MY back is a bit sore as well (rarely gets too sore except of course after leg day for somereason lool =/). my arms are a bit sore from all the work yesterday. And thank you to however told me not to work your front delts on shoulder day during GVT. My front delts hurt like a biznatch =/ so i wont be able to work them anyway .
diet for the most part i try to stick with it but i of course ran out of bread and still dont have almonds and oatmeal and must make due with what i have. one thing for sure is i AM getting as many calories as i need, its just a question of the amounts of macronutrients. yeh, just like to expand on this a little further . Im following the diet the best i can. IM not just eating 3 meals a day consisting of pizza and doughnuts . But the problem is that i ran out of wholewheat bread, oatmeal, milk, almonds, and i think thats it. MY diet revolvs around that stuff. so im trying to overfeed the best i can without eating too much junk. For now my carbs are relying on powerbars and smartstart cereal and my fats on peanuts and peanutbutter. Not that this is going to effect me a whole lot, but i like to run the diet as i planned to the par. Im still getting atleast 3000 calories a day tohugh.
no workout today. rest day thank god .

Journal is looking good KetoManiac, keep it up man. Some nice looking weights, how do you rate the overall diet so far?
When I did ABCDE a while back I really had a hard time losing the fat I gained during the 2-week bulk cycle.

thank you.
yeh so i have been hearing about this diet. people are saying that they are getting too fat,. The important thing is to keep the buking part clean i guess.
im my opinion, the deit is nt designed for endomorphs or fat people. When they overfeed, they tend to gain fat rather then muscle. The diet is probably leaned more toward leaner people and stuff. but i have to give this diet a try to see how it is. THe worse that can happen is it doesnt work and i got fat lol .
oh yeh, earlier i saw a thread at FI that you were going to do HST. I guess you didnt becuase i didnt see any replies or did u just not update it? i wanted to try it but it wouldnmt work with the ABCDE diet.

Eh, HST I am not a huge fan of. The results seem to be promising, but honestly, the workouts are FAR too boring for my taste. Doing the same thing in the gym for the entire HST cycle just drives me nuts. And I am also not a big fan of full body workouts. But, everyone is different.
Keep up the hard with with ABCDE, hope the diet works well for you.

today was another rest day. I thought it was arms day and i woke up syched for it but i realized it was only wednesday . An extra day for my arms aint a bit idea though. There a bit sore.
today was kind of a hard day. I had nothing =\ good to eat so i lived off my smart start cereal and powerbars (thank god i have a whole package of them ). Still went pretty well in my opinion. Definatly ate enough .
good news though. I went to the store and got some good stuff. Huge thing of oatmeal, 2 huge thing almonds, a weeks worth cottage cheese, and a gallon of skim milk! woope i can finally follow the meals i planned on .
looking foward to arm day tomorow. I been waiting for it to come. I can only imagine the pump i can get from doing 10 reps per set.
oh yeh, my legs are still a bit sore, but they should be fine for their workout on friday. Chest is a different story . this is the sorest its been in awhile.
