wow arms are killing me today . NOT as bed as my last arm workout when i stretched. That was just horrible DOMS . Diet went okay today. PRobably not enough calories but I didnt workout or really move around. Today is the last day of bulking . And yesterday was my last day of German volume training. Once im finihsed with the cutting phase, I'll incorprate HST training through both the bulking and cutting weeks.

Its the first day of cutting today . I felt really hungry today for some reason. Unlike last time I wasn't really that hungry. I also had a cookie to keep me sane. Other then that Diet was real good today.
I took new measurements today also. Here they are:
Arms: 11.5 (relaxed), 12.25 (flexed)
Chest (around nipples): 33 (relaxed), 35 (flexed)
Waist (around belly button, relaxed): 30.33
Quads (middle part): 18.5 (relaxed), 19 inches (flexed)
Calves: 13.5 (relaxed), 13.75 flexed
Weight:143
my arm finally made it past 12 inches, yay . Just from flexing i can definatly tell that my arms have grown. Im really happy about these results. I keep increasing on eveything. MY calves are almost 14 inches now . My waist only went up 2/3 inches. Hopefully at the end of this cutting phase, I can get my fat to 29.75 (where I started at since i begain) or possible even less then i began with.

Wow, I had a great workout today. It was “pull” day, Here is how the workout went:
Flat Dumbell Bench Press
2x8 (44lbs), 1x71/2 (44lbs)
Chest Flyes
2x6 (34lbs)
Seated Dumbell Press
2x6 (29lbs)
Lateral Raises
1x6 (18lbs)
Pushups
2x8
Seated Tricep Extensions
3x8 (29lbs)
I was really happy today. I was stuck at 40lbs on dumbell bench press for like 2 months and couldn’t get 8 on the last set. To my surprise today, I decided to increase the weight since I figured I got strong enough, I was almost able to pull of 3 sets of 8 reps. That’s really good for me since in my next workout, I’ll be able to increase my weights AGAIN.
Diet went pretty well today. Tried my best to eat well J. Today is my last night of long sleeping before school L.

Today was a cardio day but I decided to just do the cardio session on saturday. Tomorrow school starts so I wanted to relax the day and not stress out J. I still don’t know my way around the high school but oh well L. My chest and shoulders are killing me today. Triceps hurt as well. Diet went pretty well today and I got 8 hours of sleep.

yikes, today was teh first day of highschool . Fortuanetly, I didnt get lost at all considering I didnt know where anything was .
I had a great leg workout today as well. But I was only able to do the first half of my workout . Here is how it went:
Machine squats
4x8 (130lbs)
Leg extensions
2x10 (50lbs)
Once the school weight room opens, I'll be actaulyl able to squat with free weights.
Diet went pretty well today as well. only got 4.5 hours of sleep though but made up with it with a nice long nap .

aw man my quads are killing me. I have to warmup my quads more before working them out. And for some reason my chest is still hurting (DOMS not injury) from its workout. I guess increasing the weight for dumbell bench press and chest flyes was alot for my chest.
I was able to finish up my leg workout today. HEre is what happened:
Stiff legged deadlifts:
1x10 (warmup, 70lbs), 4x8 (120lbs)
Calf raises:
3x12 (SLOW REPS)
Behind the back wrist curls:
2x10 (60lbs)
Diet was kept clean today. Once again, I only got 4.5 hours of sleep. Thank god I got a good nap in. Stupid days before school screwed up my sleeping habits. I gotta get back on track. Today I'll try to go to sleep earlier.

I couldnt do my pull workout today so I did cardio instead.
Was a pretty good day.

woah. Yesterday I got home and went to sleep at 12:44pm. Thats great for me lol . I got 12 hours of sleep today.
I did my pull workout also. It was awesome. heres what I did:
One Armed Rows:
1x10 (warmup, 14lbs), 3x8 (20lbs)
Deadlifts:
3x8 (102lbs)
Shrugs:
2x8 (90lbs)
Wide grip pullups:
1x4, 1x3, 1x2
Dumbell Curls:
3x8 (20lbs)
Bent Over Lateral Raises:
1x8 (14lbs)
Hmm. I have to increase weight on one armed rows and dumbell curls. Do to my weight gain and long time without doing pullups, I can only do very few again . Felt fricking great to shrug again though. My traps are my best feature. I can only deadlift with 102 lbs becuase i need more weights at my dads .
WAs a great day .

Went to Jones beach today. Due to the hurricane that was yesterday, the waves were frickin huge! They clobbered everyone there. ALl little kids had to leave .
Diet was crap today lol . I ate so much and I ate so crappy. I was real hungry today for somereason. At least the crappy foods came from fatty meats and high gi carbs rather then sweets.
Got 6 hours of sleep today.
only 5 more days until I start abcHST .
