2nd day of mantainince. Yay, only 7 more days till I train .

I decided that I was going to let loose on my diet a bit. Since Im going to be cutting anyway in 7 days and becuase it was my sisters birthday, I decided to just cheat a bit with cake.

Im really missing not working out . cant wait to start my HST workouts .

Well we just moved into this new house (like 2 months ago) and all my electricty is connected to one switch (all you do is flip ir up for electricty).

Well the house is real old and it gets hot up there, so i alawys leave the switch on so my fan can stay on. On top of that, my tv, all my lights, and my computer were on which was too much for the switch. It blew and was burning inside the wall . So we called teh police and stuff and 3 firetrucks withj like 10 firefighteres went inside . I was pretty shocked but oh well .

lol . I live in great neck new york (nassua county)... Today is such a shiny day. The reason we had no school was because a tree fell on a car and killed 2 people due to the hurricane . But its such a great day out today . what about you ?

Awesome day. Got to sleep for 9 hours. Man it felt great.

Today was such a beautiful day. So much for hurricane Isabel. We owned it . The worst part of today had to be the sun blinding my eyes .

I ran around a lot tooday but I don’t think it ruined my SD. I also got in a fight and won yay . Our town has a rivalry with another town and there is usually a fight every Friday for some reason I fought today. Oh well, I won!

I start working out in 3 more days.

Got another 9 hours of sleep today. Boy it feels great to sleep like this when you can only get 6 hours of sleep during the week and have to rely on naps to energize you =/. Oh well, nothing really exciting happened other then I must start this 6 paged lab for science .

2 more days till I workout again .

I finally finished my Stradegetic Deconditioning for 9 days and am now starting my "abcHST"... This is how it will look:

12 day cutting:

Diet:
I will be eating around 10% below mantainince calories. I will also be using the TKD (targetted ketogenic diet) as well (strictly no carbs until post and pre workout). I'll start with 20 carbs before each workout since the workouts are easy, then once I get up to my 15 rep max workout, I'll be at 50 carbs pre workout. Post workout will always be at 20 grams carbs.
Supps:
Post workout will always be dextrose and and a multi vitamin.
Training:
Ill be doing my 6 15 rep workouts for the next 12 days. I will rest around 45-60 seconds between sets. Cardio will also be once a week .

The 12 days will look like this:
monday, wednesday, friday = workout
tuesday, thursday, saturday, sunday = rest
monday, wednesday, friday = workout
tuesday, thursday = rest

14 day bulking:

Diet:
Here I'll eat double my bodyweight + 200 calories. I'll be using a 45/25/30 (carbs/protein/fat) diet. Fats will be eaten later in the day and carbs earlier in the day. Carbs will come from Low gi sources.
Supps:
Before my workouts, I will take a vitamin C pill, and post workout I will take a mult-vitamin and dextrose.
Training
I'll be doing all of my 10 rep workout and half of my 5 rep workouts. I will also work out twice a day every other day. On the days I dont workout twice a day, I will stretch inbetween sets like reccomended in the ABCDE article. I will rest 1.5-2 minutes between sets. The 2 weeks will look like this:
Monday: rest
Tuesday: rest
Wednesday: Workout (10's), Workout (10's)
Thursday: Workout (10's), stretch between sets
Friday: Workout (10's), Workout (10's)
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Workout (10's), stretch between sets
Monday: Workout (10's), Workout (10's)
Tuesday:Workout (10's), stretch between sets
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Workout (5's), Workout (5's)
Friday: Workout (5's), stretch between sets
Saturday: Workout (5's), Workout (5's)
Sunday: rest

12 day cutting:
After all of that, I will cut again.
Training: nothing but cardio 2x a week. This week is a "light" stradegetic decondition.
Diet:
still will use the TKD diet. Only 25 carbs before cardio sessions.
Supps: dextrose post workout

14 day bulking:
Diet:
Same as last bulk
Supps:
Same as last bulk
Training:
I will be doing everything like last time except instead of using all my 10 rep workouts and half of my 5 rep workouts, I will complete the rest of my 5 rep workouts and do all of my negatives. I will rest around 2-3 minutes between sets.

After all this, I just mantain and do another stradegetic decondition. Then I start over again.

This is the workout Im going to be using:

Barbell Squats 2 sets
Stiff Legged Deadlifts 2 sets
Flat Dumbell Bench Press 2 sets
Dumbell Chest Flyes 1 set
One Armed Dumbell Rows 2 sets
Bent Over Barbell Rows 2 sets
Barbell Shrugs 1 set
Military Press 1 set
Upright Rows 1 set
Bent Over Lateral Raises 1 set
Barbell Curls 2 sets
Skull Crushers 2 sets
Weighted Crunches 2 sets
Weighted Calf raises 2 sets
Wrist curls 2 sets

_______________________________

Todays workout was really intense. Its also the lightest workout I'll ever do, but due to the short rests between sets and high reps, I was drained....

Diet went pretty well as well. Had carbs pre and post workout and thats about it. I had a little breaded chicken though, no more then 6 carbs there though.

I slept for 5 hours last night . I had a ton of homework to do.

Day one is over and im feeling great to be working out again.

I got 6 and a half hours of sleep last night. pretty good compared to my normal 6 hours. I also took an hour nap sometime during the day.

I'm really looking foward to my workout tomorow. Im pretty excited . I really like HST .
