whooh. Did my 2nd HST workout and it kicked more @ss then the first one . These workouts are really intense. Im not sure if Ill be able to do the final 15 rep workout =/.

Today went pretty well. Carbs only came from meats and nuts. Boy, cant wait till I bulk again and have 4 bowls of frosted flakes . My sweet cravings are really kicking in .

Its been boring eating slimjim and almonds all the time but oh well. I enjoy the saturated fats and the way the boost testosterone .

Only 9 more days until my cutting session is over .

30-50 grams of saturated at in a day? Wow that is a lot. It's best to avoid saturated fats as much as possible.

Thats true. But its not the saturated fats alone thats bad for you. Its when you eat it with High glycimec carbohydrates that it becomes bad.

heres a really good link (look at myth 1):

today was a rest day. I just relaxed alot of the day. I selpt for 5 hours and 20 minutes tehn I took a hour nap in the afternoon. I only got in around 13 carbohydrates today. Im really trying to rest up becuase im still a bit exhuasted from yesterdays workout. Other then that, im looking foward to it.

Only 8 more days until I can have carbs again .

random thought:
Im starting to get more pimples again. This happened last time. Its from all the fats increasing testosterone .

Whew. What a tiring day. I got almost 6 hours of sleep today. Pretty good compared to normally sleeping for 5 hours.

Diet was real good today. No carbs at all! and a nice juicy steak was for dinner today .

Training was really hard today. It felt like I was doing my 15 rep max workout. Im going to have to up rest time between sets to a minute as opposed to the 45 seconds I was doing. Also, this sunday, im going to do a small carbload to help me get through next week's intense workouts. I know Ill need those carbs.

I know Im going to be a bit sore tomrow .

I'm very impressed at how much knowledge you have in bodybuilding at a young age. When I was your age, I knew nothing about bodybuilding. Keep up the good work bro, you're doing great!

great rest day today. Got 10 hours of sleep. I was able to go to bed by 12:30 which is real good for me.

Had a nice juicy porterhouse steak for dinner. Man it was great. Then I had some homemade whipped cream. Yum .

Trying to get syched up for my workout in 2 days =/.

I decided not to do the carbload tomrow. 50 grams carbs pre workout should be good enough.

Got another 9 hours of sleep today. Boy it feels great. Diet was good toda up until dinner. I had some chicken pargmigana (only problem is that here breaded) but I figure a little carbs wouldnt hurt and I was back into ketsos within an hour anyhow.

Im trying to get syched for this week. Its going to be the hardest workouts I done in awhile . So im bumping up rest time to a minute between sets and I'' be eating around 40 carbs as opposed to 25 carbs pre workout.

random note:
only 6 more days of keto. Thank god. My donuts are waiting for me at the end of this tunnel .

The workout today was much better then I imagined. Taking the extra 15 seconds off really helped. On some exercises though, im not sure I can hold off for 2 more workouts. It seems like the next workout will be maxes for some exercises. Knowing this, I had a carb meal today. It was at dinner time, I just had any High gi carb I could find and had around 40 grams of it. That should do the trick since I also have 2 cardio sessions and another workout session to survive before hitting my 15 rep max workout. Hopefully, ill be in ketosis by tomorow morning.

Other then that, today was a great day. Got 6 hours of sleep. woopee .
