AndrewH's journal to hugeness..
Yeah, it's gonna take some dedication, lol. Before we get into all of this, i thought i'd share my stats with ya'll:
Age: 16
Height: 5'8''
Weight: 135 (ectomorph)
BF%: 6
BMI: well under normal parameters.. rocks being little!
I'll start posting my routines from now on..ANY criticism and/or advice would be GREATLY appreciated guys.
Today was Shoulders/Trap day, so here it goes:
BB Military Press: 12 x 110, 10 x 120, 10 x 125 (new record)
Overhead Press: 12 x 140, 12 x 150, 10 x 160
DB Lateral Raise: 12 x 15, 8 x 20, 8 x 20
---(took a timeout to pose for about 15 minutes with all the amateur bobybuilders in my gym for about 10 people to see who was bigger, pretty amusing)
BB Shrugs: 12 x 140, 12 x 150, 8 (negatives) x 155
Well, it's not that bad.. I'm kind of proud of myself for the new record. I'm also trying to bulk up about 10 -15 lbs, which i know will take a while. I would say im taking in about 2700 cals a day along with Muscle Milk post workout and prior to bed. ill put up some pics of myself whenever i have time. Tomorrow is my off day, but i'll post up my Tuesday routine of Chest/Tris..

The MP's and OH presses are some decent numbers man. Are they free weight?

Yep. I'm not too big on machines, unless someone watches me lift, then I'll hit some just so they say "DUDE! you're benchin 220!?" ..lol.

Good luck on the journal and nice presses for your size. Muscle Milk PWO is probably a bad idea since its so high in fat. Some whey and high glycemic carbs (preferably dextrose/maltodextrin) would be a better choice.

Alright, thanks for the tip. Today I just ate and ate, it's always nice to be off every once in a while. Tomorrow chest/tris, so I'm hoping I'll be pleased with myself

today was chest and tris, here's what I lifted:
BB Flat Bench: 12 x 140, 12 x 160, 6 x 185 (Died)
DB Incline: 12 x 45, 12 x 55, 10 x 55
Flyes: 12 x 30, 12 x 35, 11 x 35
Tri Extension: 12 x 50, 12 x 50, 9 x 50
Tri Pulldowns: 12 x 60, 12 x 60, 10 x 65
on all of the last sets, i try to get to 12, but it never turns out that well.. i thought it was a pretty effective day. got bench up to 185 which havent done for more than 1 rep. Took some ON PWO, and MM prior. Pretty sore already, so i think ill take the day off again tomorrow.

Since I'm a littler guy, my hands are about an inch and a half away from the rings.

Inwards? The typical grips are pinkies on rings (close), middle finger on rings, and index finger on rings (wide/comp.) grip. If your grip is even closer than the pinkies on rings then you got more in you no doubt.

well the rings in the gym i go to makes me strain because its too far away when it goes down..so i would say when the bar is resting on my chest it makes my arms at about a 70 degree angle? dont really know what that is considered, but ill try to move my hands a little farther apart and see what that does.
