Thanks Andrea!

Well, 2 things have happened, first I lost my job . . . thats why I haven't been logging in my workouts. I have been working out but just not logging it in, I have too much on my mind. Besides work, my bf is finally getting his treatment for his neck. They are going to put him under and give him a shot in the spine. OUCH.

Sorry to hear about your job! I hope your BF's treatment goes good! At least working out is good to help with stress!

Sorry to hear the bad news, Anna. My wife lost her job a few weeks back. She went through a mourning period, but is bouncing back now.

Look on the bright side: plenty of time to work out. It's a great stress reliever while you're looking for work.

Its been awhile since i have posted in my journal but i have been doing mainly cardio. Seems to be working!

15 min warm-up on Elliptical trainer then 30 min on the Stepper. Then I work on abs and calves, the muscles I tend to ignore . . .
