Yeah, I've got two days to change my mind. I will get it, I've gotten it before. If I'm not ready for it this time, maybe the next...

Row.....140, 150, 160, 170, 180
Bench.....140, 150, 160, 170, 180
Cable Crunch.....100x3x10
No squats today. Hurt my knee last night carrying a patient down some steps and couldn't give to it. Continuing the carrying ended up causing my knee to be in too much pain today. No squatting until I see a doc about it to make sure there is no real damage since this is a different kind of pain than anything I've ever felt.
Yaaay, I got the 180 today for all reps. The last one was not a happy one but I got it. Time for a light day, a repeat, then on to getting mashed under 190.

Thanks guys.
Well poo, it looks like I'm getting another week off from squatting. It's embarrassing enough to be benching more than I squat. I give it about another month and I'll be curling more than I squat.

Good job on the 180. I know what you mean about benching more than you squat. I'm finally almost there hopefully my squat will leave my bench in the dust soon.

Great job hitting 180!
Sorry about the knee. Did you see a doc about it?

Thanks Bearbait and SarahPT.
Yeah, I saw a doc and she said it was just a slightly strained ligament (I forgot which one she said - whichever one is the lateral one that gets strained if you lift and twist at the same time). She said to wear a knee sleeve to keep it warm (since I waited more than 24 hours [hint to avoid having to use ice, avoid treatment for at least 24 hours] and to keep it stressed as little as possible for a week. That means no squatting. I don't know if that included deadlifts or not since I forgot to ask because she doesn't like me deadlifting anyway...says it's too harsh on my impaired CNS. But since deadlifts are the primary focus of today's workout, I'll find out. Today I'm totally pain free and I didn't do my KF workout yesterday to give it a little break.

Deadlift.....165, 175, 185, 195, 205
OHP...........................95x3x5
Pullup..........55x3x5 *Must Repeat*
Cable Crunch................100x3x10
Failed on the last pullup and had to drop to the floor, regrip and do it over. Repeat this weight/reps next time until I get them clean.
Knee, back, hips all felt great today. Maybe frequent squatting has increased recovery ability? Maybe deep squatting is actually good for the knees? I don't know, but I'll still follow instructions and take until next training week to squat again.
About the deadlift - Yaaay me, finally over 200 again and it was pretty easy too. No, it's not a PR 100+lbs too light for that, but still a milestone considering how things have been lately. Happy day in the gym.

Bummer about the leg Andy. Hopefully it is not your ACL. I tore mine about 6 years ago and it required surgery. While I have worked hard to get back in shape, things are still not right to today and I am very weak in my squats, something that I have only resumed.
So work around your injury and do what the doc says. The recumbant bicycle made mine feel good both pre and post-surgery.
Keep us posted.

I think those are both very real possibilities.

Squat - last day of not doing these
Row.......135, 150, 165, 165
Bench.....135, 150, 165, 165

Knee was pretty good. Squatting again next time. Things seem to be working like they should with the program.
