Thanks guys, but getting leaner isn't my goal, growing stronger and faster is. I'm eating for performance and letting fat do what it will.
I actually thought I was a little fatter in this one cuz I'm up to 200.2lbs as of last Friday. My current goal is in my profile pic. If there are abs, there should be nine of them because of the surgical scar dividing the right side.

Squat.......70, 80, 90, 100, 120
Bench.....95, 110, 125, 145, 170
Row.......95, 110, 125, 145, 170
Curl......................95x3x6
Skull Crusher.............95x3x6
Food - not good today. Took my sweetie out for the day 2nd breakfast was OK. She wanted to go out for Chinese food at lunch. I haven't eaten that in over 3 years. Too salty, too oily, made me sick. Made it home, got my workout, and got my food back on track. Still feel sick.
Weights - week one done. Three more workout weeks to get back up to my 5RM and start working on going a little heavier.

I know what you mean about foods long since banished from your diet lacking any kind of appeal - don't let it bother you too much though - back on track straight away :

Thanks folks. It was just lying in a box of old avatars at the back of the closet and I thought I'd use it. Acutally what I'm doing is taking a pic occasionally over the next few months to use. When the response is eeeewww then I'll know I got too fat. I am getting fatter, but not worrying about it unless it gets out of control.

Squat........70, 80, 90, 105, 120
Bench.....100, 115, 130, 150, 170
Row.......100, 115, 130, 150, 170
Cable Crunch..............110x4x9
Warmed up for squats with front squats 3 sets of 5: 45, 55, 60
They feel odd for the first time doing them this way. Felt like I was having to lean backwards to do them and keep my back right.
Comments:
Moving in the right direction, but didn't gain any weight this week. Still 205lbs. A diminished appetite and a few missed meals weren't helpful. Got to remember to eat EVERY DAY.

Instead of with arms crossed around the bar with the bar resting in the crook of my bent elbows, I did them holding the bar in my hands, palms forward, elbows out in front of me, trying to keep triceps parallel to the floor/perpendicular to my body.

Looks good so far. Even though it's hard to eat what you need to gain weight, wouldn't you rather have this metabolism than your metabolism in the past? I know I'd rather have trouble eating enough, instead of worrying about eating too much.
I'm planning on doing front squats when I'm healed up. It should be a very humbling experience. But the olympic lifts are too tempting, so it's a must. I've tried them before and it seems a lot more comfortable to rest the bar along the clavicle, if you have the wrist flexibility for it. Just a suggestion I guess.
Keep working hard man.

ohhhhh got ya! so you did front squats correctly then this time. i'm just kidding. yeah at first they can be a bit ackward, especially with the wrists bent back like that if you are not used to it. good job!

Yeah it's with the wrists bent back. Because I'm interested in learning the olympic lifts eventually, Dan C suggested learning to do them. So they will be my lighweight warmups while I learn how. Gotta start somewhere.

You were doing zercher squats before when you had the bar resting on the inside of your elbows.
