Health check today: All is good. Weight is up 1.6lbs. Didn't get body fat checked today. Time was short.
Not as much as I was hoping, but will do. I'd have liked to get 2lbs. Slight dietary changes are in order. Adding some chicken wings some days and eating bigger servings of beef during the day the rest of the time.

Front Squat.............45, 55, 65
Squat.............80, 90, 105, 105
Dead............135, 155, 175, 175
OHP........................105x3x5
Cable Crunch...............115x3x8
Pull Up.....37.5, 42.5, 47.5, 47.5
Well, too many good days in a row. A great shift at work but it cost me some sleep. Today my body was just too weak and shaky to have a good workout. Good thing it's light squat day so I got my planned squats. I had to alter the back part of the workout though. For deadlifts instead of going all out as heavy as planned, I did a light day like with squats, same for pullups.
In the end, it was still a decent workout even though I didn't get to do what was planned.
It did give me an idea though. Instead of going for heavy deadlifts every time, I may start alternating light and heavy days on them to give the CNS a bit of a break...and I may not. Depends on how I feel.

4x5+1x3 (medium day)
Front squat............45, 55, 65
Squat.......80, 90, 105, 120, 140
Row.......110, 125, 140, 160, 190
Bench.....110, 125, 140, 160, 190
Curl......................105x3x4
Skull Crusher.............105x3x4
Decent workout. Had to work for it though. The rows were almost too heavy but manageable. When I can BOR 200 for 5 with clean form without injury I'm going to drop the weight way down and try my hand at pendalay rows again.
Might be time soon to increase the front squat weight for my warmup routine.

Yes, they are for a warmup. Why? Becuase at a later time I'm going to learn olympic style lifting and Dan C reccomended to learn front squats first with very light weights because they are a basic part of most of those lifts in one form or another.
Seems to be working and front squats with heavy weights are not part of my current program. So I just warmup with them.

haha, it does seem to be odd squatting so light doesn't it?
With the front squats, the instructions were to do them light. With the back squats, this is simply all the weight my legs can handle if I'm going to squat correctly for my current goals. That means instep equal to the outside of the deltoid barely wider than shoulder width and going all the way until hams touch calves. It's not about numbers or physique at this point. It's about survival, continuing to walk, you know...minor stuff like that.
