All sets of 5 except cable crunches.
Front Squat............45, 55, 65
Squat.......85, 95, 110, 125, 145
Row.......115, 130, 150, 170, 195
Bench.....115, 130, 150, 170, 195
Cable Crunch.............115x3x10
Squat issue - legs didn't feel right today and I couldn't feel if I was actually touching hams to calves so I waited until I could get someone to come over to spot me. Yeah, hams pressing into calves, not just touching. Lost balance with 110 on the 3rd rep but recovered and finished all sets without injury.
195 for 5 on bench and row, I don't know if this is a PR or not, but next week I'm going for 200 and I know that will be.
Cardio: The usual bag warmup, drills, and combination practice except no kicks. Legs not up to it. 20 minutes worth.

Yeah, I'm saving up to buy that new medication that blocks the receptor that responds to nicotine in the brain. Problem is it doesn't work for 3 months. Can't afford to buy both during that time. Funds that I'm willing to spend just on me are limited. Three girls to take care of you know - that gets expensive.
And gives reasons for smoking.

Front Squat......45, 55, 65
Squat......85, 95, 110, 110
Dead.....140, 160, 185, 185
OHP.................105x3x6
Cable Crunch.......115x3x10
Pullup.....42.5, 45, 50, 50
So tired. Took a light day today. Went light on the real lifts and pull ups. Did the planned thing for OHP and Crunches. I'm 2/3 of the way through week 7 of another 5x5 and things are pretty heavy. A light day was anticipated and felt good.
No weight gain on my Friday weigh in. Got to start eating more again. Slight change in cals to 4K, same macro profile.
Did enjoy the waffles, bacon, oreos, lasagna, Texas toast with garlic and butter, and cheesecake so far today though. I've never made or eaten lasagna before in my life because the cheese smells like cat poo. So I did it with mozzarella instead. Family wasn't home yet and I didn't want to eat alone so I packed about half of it up and took it to eat with a friend who can actually cook. I was told it was the best lasagna ever.
Medium day will be Monday, right after the loading weekend, This is where I add weight to everything but just do 3 reps with a new weight. Gonna see how it helps power the workout for the heavy stuff. Somehow, medium day is harder for me than heavy day which is the same weight but for more reps...go figure.

4x5+1x3 except where otherwise noted.
Front Squat............45, 55, 65
Squat.......85, 95, 110, 125, 150
Row.......115, 130, 150, 170, 200
Bench.....115, 130, 150, 170, 200
Curl......................105x3x6
Skull Crusher.............105x3x5
145 was my last beltless squat weight for this training cycle. Got my depth, all the way down, but my low back was feeling it on the first rep at 150 so I stopped and put on the belt. Just the velcro one to give me something to push against. So, no matter what I squat this training cycle, 150 will be my week 4 weight in the next one.
Odd thing with rows, they all felt terribly heavy and made the low back tight until the last set. Then 200 went up easily with no strain at all.
Benching was suprisingly easy. First time getting 200 for more than a single for me.
Didn't gain anything last week so food intake was increased this week. I'm really hating all the eating.

Thanks Greg, feeling stronger lately. Legs actually trying to cooperate. Back holding up. I'm happy with it. How far I'll be able to take it before resetting the program; I have no clue. I think at least another two weeks, hoping for at least five though.

5 sets of 5 except where otherwise noted
Front Squat...............45, 55, 65
Squat.........85, 100, 115, 130, 150
Row..........120, 135, 155, 175, 200
Bench.....120, 135, 155, 175, (200x4)
Cable Crunch.................120x3x8
Sick yesterday, sore throat and sinus headache all day, skipped work. Should have rested today because it seems to be settling in my chest with rattling and wheezing. Decided to workout anyway.
Got pinned under the bar on my 5th set of bench press with 200 after the 4th rep. Thought I could get #5 but failed. I'll do it next week.
Failed on the bench today, got pinned after the 4th rep.
Everything except the bench press went pretty well. Time to eat, get some UV joint/muscle therapy, and take a nap.
