This was me at the beginning of March. All month I've been working out and trying to eat right. I started out just doing calesthenics, but worked into a weight lifting/cardio regeim.

I now do total body strength training Mon/Wed/Fri. I do some type of cardio Tues/Thurs/Sat. I started by doing 1/2 hr per workout, but I've been working into an hour per workout.

This is me now

I'm motivated because this is the furthest I've ever made it on my own. Not only that but I've passed the one month mark. So if science is right I've made working out and eating better a habbit. I feel like that is true, because it's much easier to workout now, and eating the right foods actually tastes good to me. Plus, I crave fresh fruit and veg's where before I absolutly did not!

I've been getting some dietary advice from cursor, and I have other faith based nutrition choices I'm trying to make. So I'm hoping this month will at least be just as good, or better, as last month!

On my next journal entry I'm going to start detailing my workouts, and the progress I'm making there too.
