I have just started out with training again and have been at it for just over 4 weeks now. 42 yrs old...200lbs
I enjoy the treadmill and run 6 days per week doing an average of 3 miles in 30mins(started at 2.4miles in 30 mins) each day. After the run I usually do weights. I don't have too much choice of weights so I do
bench press and curls one day and
shoulder press and triceps the next day and rotate this for the six days.
I see that many posts suggest weights one day and cardio the next if I want to do both during the week.
I am trying to lose weight so think that running would be the best way tolose the waeight. I have also changed me eating habits but have difficulty trying to find the right food. I am in Taiwan and cannot always find the food I like and also language is a problem, but still trying to get all the proteins, carbs and fats that I need in the correct proportions.
Any suggestions on what I can do to help lose the weight, or is my routine OK.
